Food is good for a swiss chalet. Definately going to get burgers next time. The Chef works hard, man was making burgers like a machine.

We are so lucky that we can go out now to restaurants where we are appreciated and valued by the action of excellence in regards to the customer experience. We can go where people are treated with morals, ethics and integrity. This establishment and some of its employees treat people with great disrepect, they feel they can be rude or condescending and it is obvious that the owner operator allows and condones these types of behaviors for this unfortunately happens frequently and yet if you call for the manager or owner operator you will not receive anyone on the phone because as soon as they take the message they either, really don't take down the number or the owner operator never gets the message. Just so the readers know I live here and many people from these parts have tried to get resolves with no interest given from the owners . So If you like paying money to receive the worst treatment with the worst customer service then you should come to Swiss Chalet Gravenhurst.Also please note most of the good reviews on here are from friends of employees, managers, owners friends and family member's associated with Swiss Chalet, small small town, everyone knows however I want to spare people not mislead them, for I have morals, ethics and integrity.. Thank you. JM

My wife just wanted two legs, no fries or other sides. Seemed to be an unusual request that took a bit to figure out how it is done and how much to charge. The young lady was final able to fulfill my order for approximately $15. Thank you very much!

I order there regularly and the food always tastes good and always friendly staff. I would suggest Swiss chalet if you're looking for a good restaurant to dine in

I love coming to Harvey’s in gravenhurst so I decided to get Swiss chalet for dinner, we got chicken from there and the next day my husband got sick from eating the chicken or something. Staff was nice normally have no issues when going there food good for the most part. We love the staff that works there they are super nice

No dine in. No signage that states no dine in. Got take away and tried to sit in the dine in because picnic tables outside were full and the manager yelled at me and my son. I asked what the difference was between sitting inside or outside with my take away bags and he couldn't answer me. Fries weren't cook well and my wings were cold. A lot of wasps and garbage outside in picnic area.I suggest going towing House' in Bracebridge. At Wing House, you get take out but they accommodate you by letting you sit inside.I will not be visiting swiss chalet/Harvey's in Gravenhurst again. No dine in. The manager yelled at my son and I. The patio was disgusting and full of wasps. I also witnessed other guests get their order messed up.Is letting guests sit inside such a big deal?Edit: I don't want to fill out a survey. Filling out the survey will not fix the real issue at hand. Take some accountability for your poor service and take action.

Tonight I placed an order for my son and his family who are ill. I live in Niagara Falls and wanted to help them out by sending food. Unfortunately at the last minute, there was an issue with the driver.(hope he’s ok)Anyways I made arrangements for my son to pick it up without contact.The manager was amazing and handled this last minute issue very well.Thank you so much !

Ordered take out last evening. Last time ordered Swiss Chalet was from Bracebridge while visiting friends and the portions were small and not very tasty. One quarter chicken piece looked the size of a large wing. A very disappointing meal.Remembering that experience was hesitant but thought we’d give it a try. Went into building to order. The gentleman taking order was pleasant and i believe a manager. I ordered the white meat quarter chicken meal and a rib/ chicken meal.The portion size was excellent, chicken breasts were a nice size and cooked well. Ribs were great. Both orders had plenty of fries. Am very happy with entire Gravenhurst Swiss chalet experience and would definitely order from them again.Thank you for an excellent meal and money well spent.Sorry, never thought to take photos

Swiss Chalet has just gone down completely down hill since pandemic. This location is worst franchise I’ve been to with overcooked chicken (dry) and fries. Dining room is still jot open, they close at 8PM, and ownership/management just doesn’t have the skills to retain staff. I live in Gravenhurst, when to Swiss Chalet regularly in Bracebridge when i lived there …but I’m done eating from this location.
