The owner does not know how to talk to their customers if there is an issue! My friend could not stop crying for hours when this rude owner yelled at her even after their own mistake. Their food is garbage. I have ordered from them in past i did not like the food at all. This time i could not control myself after their rude behaviour. They should learn how to operate business and talk to customers.

Very Poor service! The owner or the manager whoever talked over phone doesn’t even know the C of customer service. Instead of resolving the issue he started arguing over a issue. We ordered food from them and food was really nasty and old. Seriously! They should learn how to talk to customers!

I ordered gulab jamun, garlic naan, palak paneer. All of the food items were tasteless, and smelling. I called the restaurant and they started yelling at me, even dared to ask me put review 0.00, and mentioned it doesn’t matter to him. They have no sense of how to treat a costumer. Most insulting thing they said you don’t deserve to order from our restaurant, we don’t care about reviews. It’s really disgusting. First learn how to treat and give respect to your customers. They hung up my call while I was talking. So rude. “ yelling at customers, and taunting about their own indigenous food is the least thing you could do. They say review’s doesn’t matter to them, but it matters to customers. Worst experience.

If I Had option of 0 or Negative rating I would do that. Ordered butter chicken and chicken manchurian with 4 butter naan. We were told it will be ready in 20 minutes but had to wait 15 more minutes.There chicken Manchurian is literally fried chicken in tomato ketchup.Butter chicken had just 4 small pieces of chicken and had sort of same gravy .Paid $47 to actually just get the food and through it in the garbage as one cannot eat such sweet gravy and not fall ill or throw up.Also we did not received butter naan but 2 bowls of rice which were not even needed.Don't know how this restaurant is still in business.Not recommended to anyone.

Better packaging then just a bag where everything upside down will leak during delivery would be great.Taste was ok, nothing special.Pricey for what you get.

I am giving you 5 star for taste,But i wanted to suggest you, if you have rice on your malia kabab please mention on your menu,I ordered chicken biryani becoz i like to eat rice and malia kabab i thought it will be just chicken, if I knew that malia kabab come with rice then I would have ordered just malai kabab...Anyway...good quantity and wonderful taste...

Amazing food, great quantities according to the prices. So far the best in Thunder Bay!From left to right Keema Nun (It comes with 3 dips), Beef Nehari (It comes with Pulao and that Pulao was amazing too), Lamb Shank with Pulao (rice)
