Love the classes here! Christine and Liana are fantastic yoga teachers. I like the variety of different classes and the studio is so cozy. So grateful to have this lovely little gem in Ottawa South!

Inner Energy is a true gem! The class offerings are well-rounded; the space and community that Christine (studio owner and teacher) has created is incomparable. I am endlessly grateful to have connected with Christine and IE, and I look forward to every future moment I spend at the studio!

Beautiful, clean, fresh studio with a great variety of classes and other programming - owner Christine is professional, passionate, involved, and herself also a great yoga instructor! High quality yoga accessories too if you don't have all of your own equipment, you can just show up yourself and Inner Energy has everything you need! Highly recommend Natasha's Friday Breath & Core class at 5:30 to start the weekends off right :)
