I could not be any happier with my experiences with Maple Family Dentistry. The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. The reception staff is so warm and welcoming and always makes you feel valued. Jessica, the hygienist is wonderful and makes you feel so comfortable and cared for. Dr. Libstug is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He is thorough in his examinations and takes the time to engage in conversation and explain things in a way that his patients can understand. It is evident that he is passionate about his work and genuinely cares about the health of his patients. I would highly recommend Maple Family Dentistry to anyone who is looking for a dental office that truly makes you feel like family.

Respect! If I was asked to write a review in one word - that would be it. Respect. These people truly know how to honour you - the living breathing man or woman. And Dr K! WOW - One word for him would be kindness. He is gentle, thorough and offers more holistic options than the conventional money makers out there. Please - if you need a dentist - This is your place. Amazing!!! Called them on a holiday because I chipped a tooth, but I was leaving the next day for a week vacation. I just wanted to make an appointment for when I got home, but they called me back first thing in the morning and squeezed me in before I left for vacation. Completely fixed my tooth before I left! Fast, extremely friendly, wonderful service - and very gentle during the procedure. I'm just thrilled!

Friendly staff, mistakes were made with a procedure i had done but then it was fixed as soon as possible and for charging wise they understood my financial stand point.And did THE VERY BEST they could to help me. Im terrified of the dentist still am not going to lie but they honestly make you feel alot better about it going in.And very clean , and organized !

The only criticism I have with Maple dentistry is the number of dentists and hygienists I have seen over the past few years. I have a nerve problem and one dentist who helped diagnose me was gone the next time I returned and I have lost two hygienists. Perhaps they were part time and chose to go elsewhere, unhappy in the Niagara office or for some other reason. But when I go to a doctor or a dentist and hygienist, I want to see them not someone else each time. I am hoping the dentist and hygienist I have now will stay for a long time…otherwise I may go elsewhere.

Hygienist Caitlyn deserves an extra week of paid leave. She was good. Reception, work done, explanations, simply great! Made me feel at home, and welcome.Maybe a good raise will go a longer way...
