Been here a lot this year and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else! Even with a few people waiting, we were never there longer than 15 minutes! Very friendly!

Not normally pleasant when you need to go here but thankfully the staff ARE pleasant.

I wait for a long time out side in -30 degree and she let someone in who don't have appointment and that's very bad I felt unfairness

Unable to reach a staff member at this location over the phone, I booked an appointment online, for which the facility only had availability four weeks out.When I arrived for my appointment four weeks later, I was told to wait outside for 15 minutes. When I was allowed into the facility for registration, I advised the technician that I sent my requisition in through email, as instructed by a kind phone operator for which I had called ahead and gotten these instructions. My doctors office does not provide a paper copy of requisitions, with moving forward in the environmentally-conscious movement, which I fully support and find wonderful as this also minimizes the potential for loss of paper copies as the time it takes to book an appointment for blood work at this locations is very long. I sent the requisition in four weeks ahead, at the time of booking. I waited 30 minutes to be told that they could not retrieve my requisition, although I was able to show proof that the email had been sent on my phone.They then advised me that they recommend a paper copy, which does not support a forward-movement in efficiency. I sent the email again, and was told to wait in a blood collection cubicle for 20 minutes.I was made to wait over an hour before seeing a technician from the time that I arrived, despite having an appointment and having sent my requisition ahead of time. As a laboratory technologist, I was very disappointed with this service and hope that this establishment will improve their processes in due time.

ALWAYS, great service with local staffing - they would surely rate a 5 star! However, their great effort is devalued by wherever the wits at head office have the answering service located - trying to reach a warm body that will actually pick up a phone and answer a question for calls routed to that 877 exchange makes one wait and wait ....I'm still on hold to get someone to answer after 8 minutes .....unquestionably, that is very poor service and only rates less than one star

Very annoying...closed thursday afternoon ..bad. Really ..at least 5 people go to door in short span of time...bad business practice..

Terrible, unprofessional and broke confidentiality...still pursuing filing a complaint, have waited on hold several times for extended periods of time...

Went at 4:30, and was into a room right away. Technician was so quick and efficient ( and funny) that I didn't even feel the needle go in, it felt like gauze was being wiped on my arm instead. In and out in 15 minutes total.

This is a good place where you can get your medical analysis done. The staff are cooperative and get the work done systematically and with limited delay. The customers / those who visit are guided properly so that the work is completed in the shortest time to the satisfaction of the visitors.

Poor customer service. No respect for privacy or discretion as she barked questions across the reception suite after I already sat down. Not kind or welcoming if you don’t have an appointment. Not kind or welcoming if your requisition was called in and they have to look for. Healthcare is still consumerism and we have choices to go where we are treated with respect.
