XPO

Ordered a bbq from Lowes and it was delivered by XPO. On time and very professional. Was told it was curbside drop off and they went beyond and brought it to my balcony!

Very unprofessional and inefficient organization. Would not recommend for shipping of any kind. My package drove through the city it was supposed to be delivered in to a holding facility 2 hours away. Only to sit in that holding facility for a week before getting brought 2 hours back to the delivery destination. Making total delivery time nearly 2 weeks for a package moving 4 hours. This is brutal.

This is the worst company for delivery that I have ever encountered in 25 years as a business owner. Their customer service is rude and snotty, and their policy is that receiving clients have to stay home all day long to wait upon the convenience of their delivery drivers. The claim that they give you a 4 hour window, but this is not at all the case. When I told them that I need to be able to plan my time away from work, they got all snotty and suggested that I simply cancel my order. If I owned any business, I would NEVER use this company because they were terrible. The Peloton sales associate that I talked to said that there have been many customer complaints about the XPO company that has cost them sales. I had to cancel my exercise bike delivery and decided to simply go without. I see that the BBB also has innumerable complaints about this company. They are horrible. Avoid them if you can, is my advice.

Delivery truck pulled up to my apartment to deliver stuff from Ikea to my neighbour and when they did, the back door of the big truck flew open while they were still driving and put a hole right through the back passenger door of my new truck. They then left without leaving a note or anything. I took a photo of the truck and the drivers. And my neighbour also said his stuff arrived damaged. What kind of business is this! Filing a police report for a hit and run. IKEA has been very supportive and making sure XPO is aware of what happened as well. This happened Oct 3rd, 2020. Get new delivery drivers would ya!

Ordered a fridge and upright freezer from Lowe's that was delivered by XPO. The whole process was fantastic. We received a notification the night before confirming our delivery window and then two follow up notifications in the morning to confirm our driver was on the way. The delivery crew did an amazing job when they got here. They took their time to double check their path to the fridge and made sure their were not any obstructions or pinch points. They were very methodical and cautious moving the new fridge and freezer into place. And, on top of that, they were incredibly friendly and respectful.

Deliver guys were freindly and helpful, but not a great install; (I needed Lowe's to send someone out to correct the issues and not great customer support on the back end either!

They delivered a purchase from Ikea (30 pieces) Was told they'd arrive between 9 am and 1 pm. I got several updates throughout the morning, including a tracking app where I could see the truck. They called shortly after 12 pm to tell me they were almost here and arrived within 10 minutes. Delivered all my packages to my door quickly and professionally. No damage, nothing missing. I have absolutely no complaints.

This is the most unprofessional and pathetic logistics company I have ever come across. Especially their delivery personal are even more worse, no decency, manner at all. Doesnt even know how to fkin speak with people. If you have any delivery from Lowes these losers will take you for a ride and simple issues. They are typically waiting for an excuse to run away. Please be aware of this.

Terrible service. I paid delivery fee through Lowe's and they had XPO deliver and hook up my washing machine, and haul the old machine away. I have a stacked unit that I needed help to move out of the way so I can access and unplug everything so they can hook the washer up. The delivery guy gave it a tug for 10 seconds, and said I can't help you because I have other deliveries" and proceeded

I ordered stove and refrigerator from lowes, delivered by Justin and Clint, they are really good, very puntual, very professional, friendly and quick. my load was properly secured. They are the best delivery service. I wont use anyone else. I have recommended them to all of people.
