My weed eater needed little TLC I got there and Mike Gray took care of it in within minutes I was out the door back working.The showroom is a must see.Thank you D&E woodwork much appreciated.

Awesome folks here, helped me find a blade for a piece of equipment not sold at this store.

They weren't open even though the website said they were. No note on door. Missed out on 2 new saws and enough gear for 5 guys.

I have bought a lot of gear from d and e over the years and try my best to support local. Brought my ms 391 in with out them looking at it they said they needed a month to fix it. I said your that busy? they said parts are hard to get. Without looking at it how would they know it needed a part? I took it to lac labiche stihl stewards rentals. And had it back in 2 days. Just a spark plug. Fixed for $30.Over the years I bought a sthil ms 170, 391, fs 240, fs 56, br700 and all my mowing blades / accessories for 3 riding mowes.

Just bought a brand new Stihl MS 250 from D&E two days ago. Today is the first day I got the saw out cutting trees. I knocked the tree down and I just started trimming branches when the bar spun off and the side cover bar and the chain all blew off while I was cutting with the nuts being lost to the tall grass forever. I immediately called D&E and explained what happened expecting a positive reaction and he said that they are not responsible for lost parts. To which I replied what are you talking about, I would not have lost them in the tall grass if the saw was tightened properly. Nope wouldn’t hear of it. I said let me speak to the manager and he said he was the manager and that they are not responsible for lost parts. I said I spent lots of money in your shop and your not gonna replace two f’ing nuts and he said no because they are not responsible for lost parts. And I countered with I was there when they put the kit together it was not in a box from factory, they got the motor, put on the bar and the chain and tightened it on obviously it was not tightened enough. And to his credit he grudgingly agreed to give me the two nuts, But I said I wanted them at his cost to check the saw to be sure it wasn’t damaged because it blew apart while I was cutting and that’s when he again said no. Started ranting about how I wanted free parts and labour and I swore at him and he wasn’t gonna do anything and a great deal of other stuff that I frankly lost interest in and ignored and I told him I’m done with D&E and I’m going online to post a review, and here it is.Could I have gotten that exact same saw cheaper somewhere else? Yes I could have because I priced out several different dealers first in Fort Mcmurray Lac La Biche and Athabasca but because I want to help Local businesses I went to D&E unfortunately I can no longer support this one.

Customer service is number one with the staff. They were very helpful.Check out the show room, omg it's a toy store of equipment. If they don't have it, they can get it.Sign said wood for 2 dollars to help support the SPCA.

Tried to order parts for many different machines on multiple occasions and heard every excuse in the book. Too busy and forgot

Amazing people there! They will help you every step of the way weather a professional looking for parts or a simple person with no experience. I highly recommend checking these fine folks out for any landscaping tools and much more. A+
