This will be the last time I order from this McDonald's. Also don't recommend it to anyone else. Ordered a McChicken. and the chicken wasn't even cooked properly. Whoever cooked the chicken needs to do a food safety course. Cause clearly they don't know how to cook. I know the difference between good chicken, and bad chicken, And what they served me was bad chicken.

Got lunch here yesterday, Jr.chickens, cheeseburger and fries, about an hour after lunch I started puking and have been on the toilet for about 18 hours, coming out of both ends. This has never happened to me before at a mcdonald's... I should have known, the patty was cold and soggy on one (chicken) and I ate it anyway. I'm pretty sure I'm never going to a mcdonald's again after this.

Don't generally eat at McDonalds but this experience kinda solidifies me being done with McDonalds. We ordered our food, got asked to wait for it to be done which was all fine, it took about 15mins which I assumed meant it would be relatively fresh, which it most definitely wasn't, everything tasted old and stale, the burgers were so beyond dry and cold it was just a lot of gagging and inevitably food that went in the trash and a waste of money.

I live nearby, and so far, this mcdonalds has been the only consistent one so far. Every time I go I can expect hot food and my order is always right.

Worst McDonald's I have been to in Canada.The place extremely dirty ( it was 10.30pm so it wasn't busy to clean it)Service was slow for icecream and coffee (I believe I waited 10 minutes for it)Some of the items were unavailable/ broken aka the sofa machine.And the worst part is that the automatic door buttons didn't work so people with disabilities/ moms with strollers can't come in without help.

Building looked clean, bathroom smelled nice and was relatively clean. Order wait time was average, fries seemed old, burgers were good.

I don't eat fast food much, but was in a hurry to get somewhere, so..The entire experience was fine except that the English muffin halves were not well aligned and I couldn't straighten it easily. Seems petty I know, but harder to enjoy when it's all lopsided

The chicken patty seems to be aged from years. Tastes really bad. It was over cooked and smelled bad too.

Waiting on chicken burgers but by the time they brought the food the only thing that was left warm was the chicken burgers. Should give the happy meals out if they are ready instead of having cold food for hangry kids.

Horrible experience. Went through drive thru for just 2 smoothies. Told us they weren't ready and to pull into #3. Waited over 15 minutes. Finally called them. No one even remembered so we got forgot about within that time over 2 smoothies. Another 5 minutes and they came. Just an apology. Where's my free ice cream cone coupon or something. Least that shows you care amd want us back.
