I went for a spa day with a relaxing massage. It was incredible. I went to relax and unwind in the different hot spring pools, and I came out completely content with my experience. The place is quite beautiful and the layout is great. There are 5 pools to select from, with varying temperatures. All of them were quite warm and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The massage was great.I would definitely come back.

Very expensive for a filthy Lakeview room. Booked a room that sleeps 5, but there's only 2 queen beds. You have to pay $20 for extra bed. No microwave in the room not to mention the dirty carpets. The balcony is dirty as well. 2 chairs and one table with free crumbs on top. The management should consider renovating this hotel. In fairness, the pool was warm. Never going back.

Stayed for 1 night during peak high season in July 2023. I booked my stay between changes of promotions and at check in, decided to inquire as to whether we could upgrade, with no extra charge, to the Bed & Breakfast promo. I had done my research and the same type of room I booked with this promo, there was no difference in price. So, I figured that it shouldn't be a problem. That was not the case. I was denied the promo due to the fact we were staying on the 6th floor and that promo was only valid on floors 1 to 5. I didn't press the situation any further, but felt that for an extra wow" factor - that would've been a no-brainer. I was then advised that the restaurant on hotel premises was not open for dinner - only the bar was open (not helpful for a young family of 3). But that was probably for the best as I was not impressed by the breakfast buffet the next morning - at a cost of $25 for one adult. The room was okay. We weren't spending tons of time in the room so

So this is the best resort ever. Room service is very frequent and best. Staff is polite and plenty. The rooms have air-conditioning and are very comfortable. There are plenty of options to relax that you would expect from a resort when they charge you 30 dollars a day as a resort fee.The rooms feel fresh and lively, and the corridors' carpets don't stink.Whatever you request is brought to your room right away and without you having to make dozens of calls for the same thing.Phew! Enough lies from me for today.THIS IS NOT A RESORT.No wonder it was only visited either by families with kids below 10 or seniors over 80. There were no young people under 50 at all. It was like we were visiting a seniors center and felt so out of place. Nothing wrong with that, but we definitely were expecting a lot more when they had the word Resort in their name. It's a full-on scam to charge you resort fees per day by putting the word resort in the name on top of the $300 starting price per room.Visit at your own risk.

The pools are great, of course, they kind of have a monopoly on that. The staff we met were very nice and helpful. Check in was smooth, no issues. We were in the pet friendly rooms, they were ok, basic, dated. Definitely could use some shelves in the bathroom area, didn't like how the towels, etc. had to pile around the sink. I also suggest they provide bowls for the pet friendly rooms. It was also a bit cumbersome to get in and out of the wing we were in, no easily accessible exits so we just went in and out the lobby. Looks like they are constantly working on cleaning and maintenance. Thanks

Our room was clean, however, there was a noticeable circular stain just inside the door. We noticed a few of the rooms around us had their dogs staying with them so perhaps this was the reason and simply needed steam cleaning. The atmosphere and the amenities were nice, pools were great (especially the separate adult area for those that don't have children). I highly recommend booking an hr long massage at the spa :)Loved being able to walk to dinner nearby but also have late night drinks and appys in the hotel.

It's worth the money. You are paying for an essentially closed resort like experience, and you get it for little more than the average local hotel room. It's old, yes...that's part of the fun and the experience. We don't yearn for uniform experiences lest they have no value.

Harrison Hot Spring Resort is our family ultimate favorite yearly visit multi time. We come here now just for the natural minerals hot spring. The resort continues going downhill with much needing room upgrades and cleanliness (unless staying at the newer east side); services are also noticeable, getting slow and not as friendly. In order to use the 5 minerals pool, you must stay at the resort.

Had a beautiful time here with my husband and dog. She was able to stay in our pet friendly room while we enjoyed the mineral pools which were very relaxing. We would walk with her all over and she was welcomed by everyone. They have an all you can eat breakfast supported by the island cafe, however they are understaffed currently so the dinner buffet is out of commission at this time which was sad.Definitely recommended. I see kids having fun with their families, but one thing I would say is to watch them carefully as the pools don't have stationed lifeguards.

First off I have to say the lady at the front desk was awesome. Didn’t get her name but she knows what she’s doing. The reason to stay here is the pools for the kids . The hotel is run down , kinda like the shining , but is interesting in its own way. Location is great with tons of food options next to the hotel. Steve the valet was wonderful as well.
