Dr Mikhail is one of the most considerate, passionate and caring doctors I have ever seen. He truly digs down to find the source of the pain/illness and does not rush you out of the door like other doctors do.He does all the tests that are needed and follows up in a timely manner.Yes there is a wait and that's a tradeoff I guess for great care.

Absolutely terrible!The doctor has zero respect for people's time! If you are homeless and have no where to go or nothing better to do than sitting in the dingy office waiting over three hours after your scheduled appointment then this is your place!!!But if you have an ounce of self respect and your time is worth anything then avoid this place at all costs!

Dr. Mikhail truly cares about his patients. He is very busy but when you have an appointment, he is not rushing you out the door. If I need tests, there is no constant harassing him about getting them. Everything gets done the way it should. Above all, he is kind and caring. He will be our family physician until he can no longer be a doctor !

Dr Mikhail has been our family doctor for about 17 years! He is kind, considerate, patient, full of empathy and Abby is right there with all those qualities also we thank God for them we feel the love in there heart’s the way they others also.

My wife and I have seen about 12 doctors in the past 3 months. Dr. A. Mikhail was BY FAR the best doctor. He is kind, knowledgeable, patient and I could go on and on writing about his positive attributes.I highly recommend this doctor.

Went there to get a simple referral. I was told by the receptionist that the doctor will see me soon. Ended up waiting 3 hours to get my referral and DID NOT even need to see the doctor - the receptionist was able to print it on her own. When asked why I had to wait 3 hours for her to simply print it, she was not able to provide an answer. Not even an apology. Absolutely no respect for people’s time. I wish I can give 0 star.

one of the best doctors out there! Dr. Mikhail is very knowledgeable and thorough. My parents and I have been patients for over 10 years, yes there is usually a wait time, but its very much worth it in the long run

Be prepared to wait a min 1-2 hours (even with an appointment). This office Does not respect people’s time the secretary also never answers the phone. I beleive they overbook patients. I will be going elsewhere for medical needs.because I can not afford to wait an hour to two hours every time I come for an appointment .
