Maria's 321 focus program is incredible. For 30 days, I was softly guided by her ideas, daily videos and question prompts to really make me focus on positive change. As someone who struggles with feelings of guilt around doing something solely for myself, I realised the power of focussing on my goals and needs in order to be fully there for myself and others I cared about. Life went on with its ups and downs but doing the 321 focus really helped ground me and be much kinder and caring to myself. I recommend everyone to do this program and to get in touch with Maria. 321: I have done the 321 Focus challenge a few times now, it really is an excellent process, and each time I get more out of it and I progress further- both within myself and in my life. Maria is supportive, encouraging, helpful and amazing! She really is the best person to lead this. She is passionate about seeing people succeed. 321 Focus consists of 3 daily consistent tasks and an extra one that differs each day to help build good foundations and progress with your dreams and your inner self. I found some healing along the way too as I did the tasks. For a small charge and 20 minutes a day the results to be had from this are huge and more than worth it.Feng Shui: Maria's passion for and knowledge of Feng Shui shines through in all the advice she gives and work she does. My house is transformed with her help and expertise and I feel so much better because of it. The way that Maria explains everything makes it all so fascinating and you really are a part of the process. Absolutely wonderful.

I did Maria's 321 Focus and it has helped me develop a clearer vision for my life and more faith in my ability to achieve it. Having repeated the simple yet powerful exercises on a daily basis, I'm noticing more awareness of how I'm thinking and what is/isn't serving me. I feel more gratitude and I'm praising myself more – I've become my own cheerleader, which feels amazing! I've also been able to tackle a few important things that weren't getting done due to my discomfort around them. They no longer feel so challenging.Although I haven't experienced many big outward changes yet, I am more accepting of where I am in my life and kinder to myself about it.
