Second Slumber

Just picked up our mattress today! Blown away with the entire process and the amazing result!Our beautiful Bunkie now has a beautiful mattress with an awesome story behind it. Can't recommend second slumber enough! Will be telling all my friends and family about them for sure!

Best quality mattress for unbelievable price.I bought a second slumber mattress to use as a den mattress and make a chill out space for me and my wife. Turns out the second slumber mattress which is cheaper than our existing one was actually a lot better and more comfortable than the one we sleep on. So we ended up using it on our bed.Another thing to mention is the customer service. From the moment I made the order the second slumber executives took personal interest and care in getting my order ready. They called me several times and made sure everything was as planned untill the mattress was delivered.

We purchased the gently used Haven Rejuvenate through Second Slumber Canada and I am incredibly happy that I did! After discovering this Earth-conscious Canadian company, with a mission to keep gently used mattresses out of landfills, we knew we were making the right choice. The process was incredibly easy (they take care of the background stuff) and we were able to pick up the mattress, at a time convenient to us, in a short period of time. The most impressive part (before the actual sleep part) was that the mattress was in mint condition at the time of pickup. It was neatly packaged and super clean which got us excited to sleep on it that night.We noticed the Haven mattress’ positive impact on our sleep on the very first night. We woke up the following day and for the first time in over a decade, we woke up feeling well-rested and pain-free!!! We had no idea the magic that would come from changing our bed since we had never had a new one. Not only has it made a dramatic impact in just one night, but it was also a budget-friendly option for getting the deep rest we so desperately needed! I cannot adequately express how impressed I am with Second Slumber as a company. Their customer service is top notch and the entire process from start to finish was seamless. I got a 12 hybrid Queen Bed and it is in impeccable condition - it was simply a bit too soft for the previous owner. It was well wrapped and very hygienic and folded in half easily so I could transport it in my own vehicle (not a truck). This bed is so comfortable and just the right level of firmness for me! I got it for my spare room but I think I will have to switch it and keep it for myself now.I will absolutely be recommending this company to everyone I know."

Picked up my matress yesterday. Was not disclosed the matress was dirty or stained. It was all wrapped during pick up got home, unwrapped and noticed a huge stain and the feedback I recieved was the stain would come out with soap and water". Just upset this was not disclosed as I probably would not have purchased knowing this. Now I wasted $400

Fantastic quality mattress, amazing service and professional delivery! Our Haven queen size mattress was brand new -- perfect for our guest room -- just the right level of firmness and easy enough for guests to get onto. Tried it the first night we got it, and had a better sleep than on my own expensive king bed. Service was also excellent and the delivery company was so professional and careful. Would do it again in a heartbeat!

Such a great experience. Seamless pick up and such a great mattress! Still brand new, no damages or stains. The previous owners reiterated that it is an incredible mattress however simply too firm for their preference and just right for my husband and I! Very grateful for this service and system as we got the mattress we’ve always wanted and got to save it from a landfill! Thank you Second Slumber! ☺️

In a word, perfect! We were happy to purchase an almost brand new mattress for our guest room from Second Slumber. Excellent communication, a great product and the satisfaction another mattress avoided the landfill.I wouldn’t hesitate to repeat the process if we needed another mattress!
