My Name is Brian Hebbert. I am a commercial Realtor with Royal LePage in the Cowichan Valley. My family and I have lived and run various businesses in the Cowichan Region for generations, including a marina, machine shop nieghbourhood pub and Real estate for the past 24 years. I have worked with Identity Graphics since their inception when Lindsey was operating on her own from her parents home. I use Identity Graphics exclusively for all my signage and brochures and have always been extremely happy with the product, price and delivery time. Lindsay, Trevor and Kara have consistently demonstrated professionalism and dedication to providing me with the product I need when I need it. Identity Graphics made my business cards and applied vinyl graphics to my large work truck. I have had many compliments on both and noticed a increase in customer calls. Highly recommend!! They go above and beyond for their customers! Recently I had an order that I was hoping would be ready early and was initially promised a later date. As a spa owner, I had very specific (aka picky) ideas in mind for my brochures. I have used this company on many separate occasions for many different things, like logos, signs, canvas and stickers. The work has always been done on time and better than I could have imagined. The Service is always friendly yet professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. i will most definitely use them again should I require their services.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Lindsey and her team at Identity graphics for the past several years. I have dealt with them with two separate businesses as well as through a volunteer organization. They are very professional and do amazing work. They also generously volunteer their time and sign work for volunteer organizations that are near and dear to their heart. I would highly recommend them and have done so recently for my sister who needed a sign a for her new farm.

Petty, passive aggressive, unprofessional.I'm not concerned, it was amusing more than anything else, but I haven't experienced that sort of ridiculous childish communication since I was a teenager.My client noted they'd also had difficulty with this print shop in the past. After this incident, they found another supplier & noted they were immediately much easier to deal with.Note: review revised to remove incompetent" - I can't speak to this shop's print quality & can only provide this review on what it was like trying to communicate with them."
