Picked up a Hamilton new release at Mani's. Went in the day before inquiring about it and Mark advised it would be arriving in the next day or two and took down my information. Ordered a beautiful Seiko Presage. Shipping company messed up the delivery tremendously and almost comically at times and unable to deliver it to me at all. Rather than just letting me deal with the shipping directly, Mark at Mani Jewellers was on top of things and dealing with them and making sure Seiko had another one in stock for me. It took a while but it finally arrived! Many thanks for the great service and support and I would not hesitate to order online from them again!

My wife lost a sentimentally important ring which Pandora no longer sells. We couldn’t find a replacement anywhere, but Mani miraculously had the retired design in stock in her size and helpfully allowed us to purchase it over the phone and shipped it to us. We went from losing it to having an exact replacement on our doorstep within a couple of days! Can’t ask for better than that. :)
