We had an idea of how we wanted our trip to go but we made a lot of changes as we were going through the actual booking and she helped make sure everything was booked according to our preferences. We had been looking for travel to the Philippines for end of year.We came across Bains Travel. We first spoke with Asha on the phone. She was polite and very easy to talk to.When we arrived at the agency, it was located in a residential area. At first, I was a bit concerned,/skeptical, BUT once arrived and inside, all fell into place.Once settled and we told Asha what we needed, she answered ALL our questions and went through ALL the options that were available, so that we had all the info we needed to make a decision.When you are not someone that travels a lot, it's appreciated when someone takes the time to really help you out.Again, we truly appreciate all the assistance and kindness she showed us.I would truly recommend Bains Travel.Thank you againMary & Mike

My best friend and I wanted to plan a vacation in Mexico but were not sure how to go about booking packaged to stay together while flying from 2 different cities, so we needed the help of a travel agent. We reached out to 2 independent agents before contacting Bains travel (Asha). The communication was poor, no clarifications and very few options while not fitting the requirements we had specified. We then googled agencies and decided to contact one with great rating and reviews and we wish we had done that from the beginning! Asha was amazing; professional, knowledgeable, helpful and communicated with us so well, it exceeded our expectations. Within a week we had options, rates (all of within our requirements and budget) and were booked for our trip!We are yet to find out how the travel experience will go as we fly out in a couple of months, but the booking experience was a breeze with Asha! Definitely recommend Bains travel for all travel needs!

A few work colleagues (3) needed a relaxing holiday and was referred to Mini at Bains travel. She provided us with a few options and made recommendations. We settled on the Maya Riviera Barcelo Tropical and we're very pleased with the facility. Mini organized, baggage transfers to and from airport and hotel vouchers. We had a great vacation, the room was comfortable 3. Mini made sure all our items on our wishlist were met. She kept us on track with locking in on a great holiday. Thanks Mini.

My brother and I were trying desperately to make travel plans to attend a family emergency overseas. I searched online for travel agencies near me, and even visited one in person - but didn't get the support I was looking for.Thankfully, Asha and Gurleen @ Bains Travel really rose to the occasion, and they spent (all totaled) at least an hour-and-a-half walking me through options, and making the arrangements for us.We are all set to go, and this has been a refreshing experience indeed. With so many other issues to contend with in time of crisis, we are so glad that someone had our backs when it came to booking our flights and finalizing the itinerary for us - including the challenging task of getting us the seats of our preference.Thank you Asha and Gurleen. 5/5 for their service. Gurleen working at their mississauga location is very helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure I feel comfortable with all the information as I was travelling for the first time to India with my 5 month old baby. I had so many questions, to which she was always ready to find the answers and respond back quickly. Even after booking my ticket, she was ready to help with all the concerns I had. This type of customer service is hard to find especially when the payment is done. Most of the agents don't care after booking ticket. In 2018 as well, I booked my ticket via bains travel and even that time their service was extremely nice. Keep up the good work. Surely will book tickets everytime from Bains travel.

I worked with Asha Jagtiani to book tickets to India for myself and my mom. Asha has been most patient, courteous, quite helpful, and responded quickly to my questions and queries. Asha is an amazing travel agent! Me and group of friends went this past October and Asha helped us with every single detail- from the flights and resort information to booking excursions. It made our trip completely hassle free. I found Bains Travel through google searches as well but after our amazing experience we won’t go to anyone else to book our trips!
