If your English and want to be served in English do not come to this location, they refused to take my order if I did not speak in French, I had to call the manager to be served by her personally , this is not customer service at its finest I am the customer here !

I think that in this Tim Hortons it is required to make a bad face and have a bad attitude to be able to work there. I have been living in Laval for 6 years and the few times I have bought coffee here I always have bad experiences with the customer service person. It seems that they were told that the more bad face they have, the better.

Came here today for a quick ice capp. Completely flabbergasted that there was only 1 single employee for the entire place. She took the orders, made the drinks and the sandwiches.

It was pretty crowded but it was okay. Our drinks was good and the little donut my friend took was good but a bit too sweet

I get they're understaffed but tables, chairs and floors aren't clean. Bagel was overloaded with cream cheese.

This Tim H was ready to serve up fresh hot breakfast items and FRESH donuts. This is the 1st location that has provided exactly what is advertised, fresh donuts, quick service, and delivery of breakfast items efficiently. Even the coffee was hot !This is a rare event for all the times we've been to various locations throughout our travels.The only negative is the counter person was not comfortable serving us in English. Can't have everything but we will return to this spot when in the area.

There is couples of old guys that stay there for 2-3 hours and particularly one of them which is there probably every day's, talk very loud...very disturbing for others clients... Waiting is very long...I guess lack of personal but who cares....the goal is not reached.
