City-Wide Taxi

I am a long time devoted client to this company. My grandfather Lloyd Prince was one of the founding drivers of this company. I use their services at least 3 times or more a week. I also tip. I rebooked a cab with 30 minutes notice at 1230 in the morning so I didn't have to wait outside. Only to arrive at my location with no cab and lots of excuses from the dispatch. I am 100 percent unhappy with the company for this. The only reason they get 2 stars is for their service in the past. Not cool city wide not cool.

How is a taxi convenient when its an hour? My lord. The only thing honest on your answering machine is the 1977 part and your drivers are great. as a whole your terrible. If it's going to be an hour wait I think the customer should be contacted. Be honest and give them a faster option. I assume it's ownership? Either way pick it up. Make the changes needed to better your company for your customers. Show some pride.

Not sure what's going on with the company, both customer, and hiring driver wise. Making people get the Lic to drive in the city then leave them with their stuff flapping in the wind. Not cool citywide. Either put people on the road, or tell them your not hiring.Someone. Owners, management, needs to pull their heads from the clouds and take control.

Everytime it's the end of the month people hold up all the cabs with multiple pit stops and takes over an hour or two just to get a cab . I gotta be at work on time . I don't drive buses are never on time . Il never use this cab service again .

I use this taxi service for my son(prebooked) to go from school to his after school program he gets out of school at 3:35pm and they don't get him till 4 to 4:30 pm always late and the teachers are constantly calling me cause they want to go home and when I call the taxi to find out where his Taxi is no one answers for 20 mins absolutely useless cab company will be looking elsewhere where in Sept not wasting my money on them just got a hold of them and apparently there's no file yet I've used this company all year

On hold for 25 minutes. Then hung up because I missed a appointment for my kness. Think they should change there, on hold message. To not very reliable. Voted number one in Oshawa. I don't see how.Gave it one star. Else can't post. One star to many

Need better drivers had a driver yell at me cause i didnt give him a tip sorry but times are hard and they need to understand that or get a new job and was so mad i couldnt pay cash so wrong on meny levels

I've tried to support local and use this service a few times now. I end up on hold for 10 minutes before I give up and order an Uber. If I ever actually get through to a live person I'll change my review

My elderly mother had an important medical appointment 1/2 hour away and needed to use a taxi to get there. I could not be there to take her, and I assumed the taxi service was reliable The taxi was booked a day in advance for 3:15 pm the next day. I got a phone call from my mother at 4 pm saying the taxi never showed up and that she missed her important medical appointment.I called City Wide taxi and they told me that the reason the cab did not show up was that their drivers are very busy and that it doesnt happen very often. I told them that it was irresponsible of them to accept a booking and not warn me that the taxi could be up to 45 minutes late. If they had warned me, I would have found another solution. They knew my mother was elderly, they knew she was travelling for a medical appointment, they had my phone number to call if these was a problem - no call, no cab. Totally irresponsible. This taxi service cannot be trusted to show up on time.

Wish I could give them a 0 stars because even a 1 is too good. 15 or 20min turned into more than an hour wait. I basically had to wait till a car was in the area. Need to teach their dispatcher how to do there job. Will walk before I use the company again.
