Very helpful staff. Knowledgeable and informative, definitely will not rip you off. Did a great job on the boots. I’m wondering about the low rated reviews, I’ve looked at those people and they tended to be highly critical of other business reviews without much of an explanation. Maybe someone should review them. Ignore the nonsense, if you got some shoes that need repairing this is the place to go.

Have beautiful tall leather boots that didnt wear because I slipped in them afew times, once really hurting myself. Took them to that shoe guy and he put a new rubber sole and also rubber heel. Wear them all the time now and have not slipped at all. Well worth spending the money to get this done

Great to deal with reasonable pricing. A little on the high end for some, but you can not deny the quality and workmanship that you receive. Personally I won't go anywhere where else. From Motorcycle boots/ leathers , hockey gear and even BOWLING BAGS they do it all. Bravo and cheers!!! Support local businesses!

Have had multiple pairs of boots resoled here. Latest pair of Wolverine 1000 miles and a Varvatos pair. Even a pair of docs who h turned out awesome with a lug sole. Iron Rangers in the same sole next. Love this shop. True craftsmanship.Cheers.

I brought my winter boots in to have a lace loop repaired and a few added. They did a wonderful job and it looks like that's how the boot was originally made. I'm so happy with them! I didn't catch the names of the staff but they were both so pleasant and had a big smile the whole time :) They even cleaned my boots, they looked like new! I was so pleased I dropped off another pair of boots to be fixed when I picked up the first pair. I will definitely be back if I need any more shoes repaired.The prices were also very reasonable, I admit I'm a cheapskate but even I was happy with their prices.

They did a great job of putting rubber soles on the bottoms of my used mukluks. I feel very confident about the glue and heavy stitching they used that these soles will hold up for many years.

I had a pair of 5 year old blundstone boots and the bottom had detached but they still had some life left. They’re my work boots and I had ordered a new pair but they weren’t going to arrive for another week. I dropped off the old boots on Thursday and despite their wait times/wait list, they didn’t hesitate to rush my request and I was able to pick up my repaired, shined boots on Saturday. Very happy with their services and the fact that they anticipated my urgent needs. Will definitely be coming back if I need any shoe repairs in the future!

I have a pair of Keen winter boots-great for hiking, but the lugs at the top of the boot had snapped off. As I had spent good money on them, and they were otherwise in great condition, so I decided to get them repaired. It's a busy shop, but they had them ready in just over a week, and I thought the customer service was top drawer. This is the place to go for a quality experience!

i needed some work done on my favorite boots, i price checked a few places in the area and these guys by far had the best prices for everything i wanted done, very friendly and professional. they looked as good as new when they were done. just make sure to let them know if you want a shoe shine or not, as it is included. luckily the polish wipes right off
