Everyone is so professional from the phone operator to the on site technicians. They are always friendly, hardworking and accommodating. I've used them for large and small jobs and many times on less than 24hr notice. They have even come very late at night to remove items. I highly recommend them and the price they charge is incredibly fair.

Ordered an empty truck - to start emptying out a family member’s home - which will then be put up for sale. Alex and Nick showed up on time - they were polite & courteous - and very professional. There were many different items being removed - furniture, clothing, toys, small appliances etc. They handled everything with ease - they even had the proper tools to dismantle some of the furniture. The home is a back split - several levels with stairs. Alex and Nick made it all look so easy, but I know it is very difficult, heavy work - and they did it happily. I asked them for the name of their Boss - it is Don. Don, you should be very proud of these two Employees. They do a fantastic job for their customers, and for you and your company. I will be booking them again.

We had never used this service before. I can now only add to the 5* reviews already written. Two very strong, friendly, professional and efficient young men- Jack and Sean (Shawn?) arrived on time and worked to very hard to ensure that all of our old furniture and junk were removed. What a huge relief on our part. We will not hesitate to use Just Junk again and highly recommend their service.

First allow me to say thanks to the crew that came to my house. They were more than friendly and professional and polite. They showed up on time. They explained that their truck was three quarters full and apologized saying that they could not take everything. No big deal they took all the bags on my front porch including boxes. They asked if they could take the rest at 8 am the next morning 7.59 am they were there to take the rest. I wish I could remember the names of my team but many thanks.. I called around noon on a weekday and was told that the Just Junk staff could come by to give a free quote that evening, which was awesome. When the guys arrived, I showed them what had to be removed and Brandon was so friendly, professional and polite. I didn't have a ton to get rid of but I felt anxious about the process. The staff didn't make me feel judged at all, worked quickly and problem-solved how to remove one or two trickier items. Price was a bit more than I had hoped, but given how fast, professional, and thorough the guys were it was worth it. Definitely would recommend this company!

Excellent experience! Sam had called me prior to say he was 20 minutes away and he was right on time. Two guys in good spirits and enjoying what they were doing! Refreshing to see as I know I wouldn't have been pleased to do such a job. Can't recommend them enough!

These guys were amazing. Very professional and worked super hard and extremely fast. I expected it to take hours since there was only two . But they had it done in well under an hour . 10 out of 10 on all aspects. Easy to book, easy to pay they bring the debit machine right to you, phenomenal service will definitely use again and refer to friends

They called to say they'd be arriving in 10 minutes, and in EXACTLY 10 minutes they were at my front door. They were friendly and respectful. The removal was done in less than 5 minutes. The price was reasonable. Will definitely use them again in the future and recommend.Thank you
