I called to order an arrangement from Saint John, New Brunswick end of December. The person on the telephone was extremely helpful, professional and honest about what they had in stock given Covid supply chain issues. I gave them a free hand to use whatever they had available and the feedback from the recipient was that it was the most beautiful arrangement that she has ever seen. In addition, they delivered it same day. Excellent service.

The memorial arrangement which Fresh created for my mom's passing was stunning. I communicated my wishes for how I wanted the arrangement to look, by phone. I was not disappointed. The kind and efficient person I spoke to, understood exactly what I was communicating. Her choice of flowers and the colours she chose, were perfect. My mom would have loved it! Thank you

For some reason, I have become accustomed to pretty shoddy service from flower shops. The order gets messed up, the wrong flowers delivered, the wrong delivery address, I could go on and on.I called up Fresh Flowers and Gifts this morning and asked for a delivery this afternoon, and was frankly blown away by their efficient and friendly manner on the phone. They called shortly after to confirm the delivery, and the most GORGEOUS bouquet showed up to the right address on time! The photo doesn't really do it justice, it's an amazing bouquet. Trust your business to these folks, they are at the top of their game!!

I had been told last minute that we were having a birthday/retirement party for my mom in medicine hat and I was not able to make it.I had phoned and spoke with Brenda she was so good about designing us up some thing quickly for my mom on a moments notice, which was really appreciated.Even though Brenda had a couple weddings to get ready for she squeeze me in and the floral arrangements looked stunning. My mom was really happy and I couldn’t suggest this business enough.Brenda has a great website and even though she didn’t have purple flowers the one centre piece she made was purple enough.
