Amazing service got my Tesla towed, no problems, everyone else online and via telephone, had stories on how they needed car in different modes, and needed certain access to the car but Mohammed showed up on time came and knew what he was doing and safely dropped my car off at tesla. And there rates, were considerably cheaper than everyone else. Thank you again

One did not pick up, another said theyd have to tow my car (less than 2km) and exit the highway to fix my flat tire for $230 and with a 2hr 30min wait. The other said they couldnt do it. each person picking up was not so customer-oriented.called Flash Towing and the phone operator was so friendly, and informed that they could fix the tire on the highway without towing. ended up paying a fair price (substantially less than $230) and with much better service. Mohammed arrived in 40 minutes and was skilled as well as being courteous and customer oriented.What a breathe of fresh air.5 stars.

I needed a quick jumpstart on my way to work. Car died at a light. Their tow truck was literally less than 5 minutes away, and it took less than a minute to jump start my car, and they still charged me $125!!! Seriously? I might as well have just bought a new battery. Company advertises jump starts as a quick and low price service (posted Oct. 6, 2022) by owner himself. It was quick that's for sure but this is not a low price by any means. I had my car boosted earlier this year for nearly half the price (different company, tri cities area. I called the company for a justification for the price and they couldn't give me one. I could understand if they had to go out of their way and travel a long distance but this is nothing short of price gouging imo. Call a friend (or even a taxi) with booster cables instead. Save at least a $100.

I would give zero stars if I couldThey charged me 130,00 to fix my flat tire. When they checked my tire, they said that my tire has no hole. On the next day, my tire was empty again.They don't care about providing a good service, just want to get the money fast and easy.Don't call them!!

Driver was quick to respond, I never got his name but needed a tow home after my tire had popped, only cost me $150 to my house. Good service! Driver cared about my car and provided a flatbed since i had AWD. Thanks once again
