Clear View Property Management

Clear View Property Management has helped us to get minor repairs and prepared our unit for rental. They are very professional and easy to deal with.

Unfortunately I can not give less than a 1 star rating. I don’t typically like to leave reviews but felt the need to warn others to stay away from this property management company. The service was absolutely horrendous! I paid an application fee and was approved to rent a property, told them the date to move in, than a week prior to my move in date I received a text telling me the property was approved for another person. Spoke with a guy name Jorge who in hopes of them straightening this out but the guy couldn’t have cared less. So save yourself the headache and stay away from clear view. I would also suggest that any property owners do the same

I'm not someone who normally leaves a review but I have found that Clear View Property certainly deserves it. When it came to breaking my lease early so that I could move home they made it easy and less stressful than I had expected it to be. They were very helpful in answering any and all questions I had from back when I had applied all the way to now when it came to moving out. They are one of the better rental companies in Lethbridge and wants to work with the tenants to make sure the apartments are clean and maintained. Maintenance through the company has always been done in a timely matter with plenty of notice given if it affects the entire building. This is defiantly a rental company that is worth renting through.

This is a really great management company .They have treated me really well and helped me find a great rental for my family and I .I highly recommend.

Clearview is a very professional and trustworthy company to deal with. Their office is very responsive any time we’ve had a concern. As a property owner, I have found they do a very thorough job of finding good tenants.

We live on a street with a few new houses and after we bought ours they built some rental row houses across the street from us which are quite nice but within months certain people were leaving junk outside and in a couple of instances an unsightly shed was put up by a tenant and a huge for rent sign was there . I spoke to Gia and within a few weeks she took care of everything and we now have a nice looking street again. Thanks Gia

If I could give -5/5 I would run away as fast as you can. Horrible management. They only respond to emails every second day and trying to reach someone on the phone is nearly impossible, they charged me 2x rent for the month of March and i was told over the phone there is nothing that can be done. Everything has to be done over email and even then the service is useless. They had set up my utilities for 2 units it took months to get a refund back. On top of that I had to cancel my accounts with utilities because they don’t know how to do anything correctly and quickly. These aren’t even all the problems I faced. Save yourself the headache please they are not worth the time….

I thought you they were very quick at responding, were very friendly, personable, professional and accommodating. The apartment was very clean and presentable for showing as well. The only thing I found could be laid out a bit clearer was the lease agreement with the charges listed throughout the lease included in the base monthly rental fee so the overall cost is clear up front.
