I was going to upgrade over the phone with Rogers but I popped into the store and met Raj. He was so personable, pleasant and helpful guiding me through upgrade my phone and getting a better deal on my plan. I couldn't recommend going to see him more, I'll be back! Excellent customer service!!

Theresa is the absolute best person to deal with in Cranbrook when it comes to cell phones. Her and her team hands down are amazing. Chloe was kick a$$ today. She was able to fix my phone in only a couple minutes. If your shopping anywhere else for a cell phone, you are doing it wrong! Thanks again for your help girls! You rock!

Had a great experience with Roger's today. We had 3 upgrades, 2 trade-ins, and a tired and bored 3 year old. Our representative Prince was amazing and extremely patient with us and our tired toddler. It's probably the best experience we have had yet, with Roger's. And he just kept finding us discounts and savings. Honestly, I can't say enough to express our gratitude.
