We debated for many years before we finally deciding to take on a kitchen renovation. We had heard great things about KCB, so we decided to give them a call. Sheldon and Lauren took the stress out of planning and designing a kitchen. They're great ideas also modernized our dated kitchen. Shelby, as the project manager, kept us informed with the day to day tasks which were being completed. Shelby is also easy to talk to and very responsive. The tradesman—Sasha, Dollie, Eric and Brian all arrived on time. They are also personable and knowledgeable with their specific trades. Our experience working with KCB has been a wonderful experience. We look forward to working with them in the future.

We are impressed! Our experience with KCB has been far beyond our imaginations. This premier design and remodelling company has made ourselves - and anyone that sees our home - gasp! Steve and Sheldon literally thought outside the box to create a spacious main floor by flipping the kitchen and the living room. The KCB team, including trades people, are very skilled and friendly. We are now eager to have them transform our upstairs.

From the time we walked into KCB to the final last adjustments were made we wish to say thank you to all the staff involved in our kitchen cabinet modification for our new fridge. KCB has surrounded itself with people who are positive,friendly,flexible and most of very good at what they do. Thank you to Sheldon and Cathryn for the initial sit down and discussion about what is possible for modifying our cabinets. Your patience with us is very appreciated. We also wish to thank the various sub trades who did work in our house to prepare and install the new cabinet- Brian did a wonderful job on our new corner cabinet-it has created spaced for more items!. Also a big thank you to Steve and his plumbing team for the poly B changeover project- the two day job seemed to fly by. It wasn't required for the kitchen project but it sets up for our next one--modifying a 26 year old bathroom! We will take some time to explore the possibilities on this. Finally, thank you also to Shelby for overseeing the project! I apologize for not mentioning everyone ( drywall and electrician) but I forgot their names.As the project now has wound down we are missing seeing the different members from KCB--they became like family at times and this was the greatest part of the whole experience. I know KCB is a great builder but I also know from experience they are very supportive of community events-they were one of the major sponsors for Pickleball Canada National Tournament in Aug 21 in Red Deer. KBC are very professional. All the different trades were excellent, on time, and did excellent work.They always paid attention to details. They never left a mess, and were cognizant of thedisruption caused by the reno. I am extremely happy with the completed reno. I would highly recommend KCB. I love my new kitchen!! I would highly recommend KCB. We had them do a really big renovation for us. A brand new kitchen, new flooring, raised a sunken foyer, and revamped the main bathroom laundry area completely in order to fit in a sauna upstairs.KCB took our very outdated kitchen with zero storage into a super practical and beautiful one. It could not be made bigger but Cathryn's great design gave us so much storage that we don't even know what to put in some of the drawers! What a great problem to have. Oh, and no corner cabinets! Thank you to Cathryn for her fantastic ideas and always knowing exactly what I wanted (the tiles, the apron sinks, that laundry cabinet).The new sauna bathroom is so terrific and pretty, I have never seen such a lovely sauna floor. The walk in shower, apron front sink, and wall to wall storage closets in the laundry room are so smart!My daughter says our new kitchen and bathroom are so bougie. Thank you guys for giving us our super bougie, beautiful kitchen and bath.All the tradespeople are 5 stars, very polite, efficient, and do great quality work. Not to mention their kind acceptance working around our whacky dogs. Huge thank you to Royce, Cathryn, Paul, Shelby, Ted, Erik, Elsie, Brian, the 2 flooring guys, and the stucco guy! You guys rock.I gave 4 stars instead of 5 as there were a few odd delays andan occasional lack of communication. There were times when I had no idea when someone was coming, was up in the air not knowing what the plan was, especially during the first phase. That said, it was all minor in the grand scheme of things. I would highly recommend KCB to anyone looking to do a renovation, no matter how big or small. Super quality of work, great people, very professional.

I am thoroughly enjoying and have received many positive comments on my newly renovated kitchen. I would like to compliment KCB on their attention to detail and quality. From the day Royce came to begin the planning to the day Benton finished the last little piece, I was impressed with each person that was involved.it was a pleasure to work with a team who introduced themselves, treated me and my endless questions with respect, and took pride in the work they were doing.I will not hesitate to recommend KCB to interested friends and visitors.
