The Sugar Shack is AMAZING. I tried out sugaring when Misty first started the Sugar Shack in Nelson 8+ years ago--since then, it's been the only hair removal service that I go for! Misty is so amazing at what she does--she's efficient, gentle, and thorough--and her team is incredibly trained by her, making the experience comfortable and as painless as possible. The environment (at both Nelson and Kelowna locations) is clean, professional, and welcoming. The sugaring paste (vs. other wax types) is natural, SO gentle on the skin, and gives really great results, leaving a long-lasting smooth feel *without* the immediate irritation of other kinds of waxing. If you're hesitant at all, this is the sugaring place to try! If you find the prices are more than waxing, it is definitely worth it.

I recently had a sugar waxing at this salon and it was amazing! Morgan, was fantastic and made the experience comfortable and relaxing. The female energy in the salon was great and the owner is super friendly. I appreciate that they invest in the growth and development of their staff. Highly recommend!
