This company absolutely does EXCEPTIONAL work... but that is not the most important word to emphasize here. PROFESSIONALISM is the word that best describes the whole team. From the initial quote to the completion of the job everything was done with absolute professionalism. The entire Team is very well trained on how to do their job and most importantly how to interact with the customer by extending every courtesy with minimal disruption to the household especially with pets involved. We had 2 rooms that required work and we asked that the jobs be separated by 2 weeks and they accommodated our request with no hesitation. Even scheduling was well executed. On time and ready to go everyday. There were 2 occasion during our project that required Mihai (the owner) to step in and help a team member so that our completion timeline was not affected. (and he was happy to do it) We very much appreciated that. They use only the best when it comes to materials and equipment. Honestly, the paint finish on the cabinets is better than factory finish in my opinion. It's clear, they know what they are doing. I've seen many kitchens in my years where the cabinets had been re-painted" and you can always tell. I defy you to tell the difference in our cabinets. During our project

From the moment I inquired about potentially having my cabinets painted, Mihai responded to each and every question and concern that I had. I changed my mind several times before we began the process and he was patient, understanding and assured me that he was there to meet my renovation needs! I was provided with the names and a short bio of the paint crew that would be completing my project and the start day and time. Not only did the crew arrive promptly, they were extremely professional and took a great deal of pride in their work from start to finish. Their paint process is really interesting! I am extremely happy with the final result! You would never know that my cabinets were a honey maple (orange) colour before! The new white finish is factory quality and completely transforms my kitchen! I would highly recommend Exceptional Painting for all of your painting projects. Don't replace good cabinets. Get them sprayed with Exceptional Painting! I promise you, it will be worth it!

I am beyond pleased with how my kitchen cupboards turned out after Exceptional Painting was finished. Very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. No hidden fees. Everything was explained well in the contract and when I had questions, I emailed Mihai and he responded very quickly. I can't say enough about the employees Kyle and Tanner. We were struggling with what to do with our cupboards and noticed Exceptional Painting on Facebook. We sent in an email and the response was very quick. We received a quote with no pressure. Mihai is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I made requests and changes and the response was always very quick. The staff was amazing. Very professional and dedicated to time and details. You can see the oak grain coming through. Kitchen isn't finished - backspash and appliances - pending covid. I have to start by complimenting Jasmine, Alex and Tanner. They were all very polite, courteous, willing to answer all questions and more importantly very professional in their work. They explained each step of the process and met all timelines.As for the work performed, it exceeded all of our expectations. Our oak cabinets, in very good condition but were outdated, look like brand new cabinets without the expense of re-doing the entire kitchen. This was certainly worth the expense and we would so it all over again. Highly recommend Exceptional Painting to anyone who is thinking of having their cabinets redone.Only negative is their convaluted contract process. You need to agree to many pages of conditions. It has been over a week now since the team at Exceptional Painting completed the work of painting my kitchen. Every time I walk into this room I am mesmerized by the spectacular work this team has accomplished. My neighbours and friends are also blown away at how beautiful it looks and how amazing the finish is. It is better than factory finish. The experience of working with Mihai and his team was truly exceptional so say the least. The entire process was seamless. The information provided was well laid out and detailed so it was easy to know what to expect. They were well equipped and materials used were high grade. All team members were so professional and I could tell they really took pride in their work. The precision and attention to detail was phenomenal as if they were prepping, painting and installing their own kitchen. The team worked extremely well together.
