The Pink House Bistro
My husband and I celebrated our Wedding Anniversary at the Pink Bistro (with our son). This is a delightful and cozy restaurant located in downtown Gibsons with a spectular view. First of all, we were impressed with the great service. All the staff were very warm, welcoming and friendly. We ordered 5 dishes - all of which were delicious and bursting with flavor. The Crispy Za'atar Chicken, Harissa Prawns and Cripsy Cauliflower dishes were definitely our favorite! Overall, it was an amazing dining experience! Highly recommended!

Brand new space with really great décor and a patio with a view of the bluff, keats, and the north shore mountains. Great and extensive cocktail list, we had a hard time choosing since they all sounded really good. Definitely recommend Little Miss Lychee, Negroni Eshkolit and the Rhubarb Pie Margarita, though the bartender makes a mean Old Fashioned. Really great food too, they told me everything comes from within the Fraser Valley (how's that for local). They're all share plates so it makes it less fussy, and theres something for everyone re gluten, vegan, vegetarian and meat"etarian needs. Try the sockeye rilletes

Absolutely delicious food, wonderful atmosphere, and great people! The food had so many amazing flavours and textures. Definitely will be returning! We tried the lamb, duck, chicken, cauliflower, risotto, and brussel sprouts. All were outstanding! Super friendly service too!

The Pink House Bistro
The owners are so unbelievably kind and generous! Chef Michael makes amazing and original dishes (love the duck wings!) and his wife Lisa is a very warm and welcoming host! Wide variety of interesting cocktails and wine and the space is beautifully decorated. The patio is spacious and has an expansive view of the ocean and mountains (my photo doesn’t do it justice!). Located in lower Gibsons and on the main strip. We were so lucky to come upon this great new restaurant in Gibsons and will remember Chef Michael and Lisa’s generous and warm welcome during our visit! Look forward to returning soon!

One of my favourite places to eat out, i wish i got a chance to visit more often! Always the best attentive, lovely service and amazing food & drinks. I have never, ever been disappointed here even in the slightest. I am Lebanese and really enjoy their traditional middle eastern flavours but with a more contemporary twist. Their food makes me feel so good and happy. You can tell Mike and the kitchen team puts so much heart and care into every dish. The place is beautiful and clean, with simple yet elegant design touches. The cocktails are inventive and executed perfectly. I just love the Pink House and can’t wait until i can eat there again :) thanks Mike & Lisa for being so awesome!

The Pink House Bistro is an experience. From the moment you walk in the door, Lisa makes you feel at home. The drinks are delightful, The Spirit of the East is my favorite. The food is exquisite.. and absolute treat to be able to eat it. We had the Mezze Plate, the Grilled Artichokes, the Israeli Salad, and then the Harissa Prawns. Everything was perfect. The perfect balance and flavors and each bite brings you joy. How lucky we are on the Sunshine Coast to have these brilliant people bringing us this amazing restaurant. If you haven't been here, you have to go!

Food & Service was Exceptional (this place is a must try)Visiting Gibsons for the first time on vacation and looking for a special spot to celebrate my wife’s birthday, The Pink House Bistro came highly recommended. I saw suggestions to book a reservation online due to its popularity with locals and vistors. Our server provided us some great recommendations for our meal and cocktails. Both our cocktails & food were presented beautifully and were absolutely delicious - my wife and I finished our shared mezze plate (hummus & cauliflower divine) fried chicken (crispy, juicy) lamb ribs (fell off the bone) in minutes! Thank you Lisa for your amazing service and hospitality - we will certainly be returning again.

The Pink House Bistro
Finest dining experience I’ve had on the Sunshine Coast! Wonderful front of house, beautiful views of the harbour and mountains, and the most delicious fried chicken I’ve ever had! The owners, a lovely married couple (wife runs front of house and husband is trained chef with almost 30 years experience), were very friendly, warm and welcoming. Great service, good wine list, clean and cozy dining environment.Highly recommend this little gem.
