He is conveniently located and carries a wide array of products from which to choose. Most importantly, he always takes the time to understand my needs and is ready to provide advice far beyond the product I need to buy. I always make sure to buy my multi vitamins and other supplements from Milton Health Foods.

The owner very experienced and knows all the products to assist in your health. He is the perfect person to discuss improving your well being. I was on ATB and helped me get through the side effects taking Acidophilus with my medication and NO side effects. Assisted in all aspects in maintaining great health after taking antibiotics. He is educated in holistic alternatives. I highly recommend you go to the store with any medical concerns and guide you safely to improving your health. He has been a lifesaver with natural remedies. I have insomnia and take a product that helps me sleep at night. Extremely well knowledge in taking your herbal products, I know can sleep at night and don't have to take prescribed medications with side effects. Visit his store and he can assist you.

My first time at a health foods store. I went upon the recommendation of my naturopath. Honestly, I was amazed at the array of products in the store, and as a newbie I was very lost. The store owner came to the rescue. He was absolutely top notch amazing, helped me find what I needed AND ordered the one item he didn't have in stock and promised to look into the vegan aspect of the pills as well. So glad my Google maps took me to the store today.

Great collection of natural health products. Although, a little on pricier end, thus the 4 ☆. Something I wanted was 14$ cheaper online. Perhaps, run a price check before buying. But this place definately has anything n everything ur looking for in natural health products.

I would not recommend to get products from a store with no return policy. I am sure that if clients are not satisfied with some products that the manufacture will take it back to improve on their products.

This business and the owner are top notch. Just purchased this at a time when most places are empty. Plus he gave me 10% off the vitamins when a lot of businesses are raising prices for sought after items. Thank you so much for being so honest and caring when we need it most.

Several years ago I was diagnosed with osteoporosis, and was prescribed a drug to be taken once a month. After taking said drug for about 2 years, I finally researched my condition & decided to stop said drug & take supplements instead.
