My furnace stopped working when it was particularly cold evening. I called Steve at Maxim Air and he was able to come and fix the blower motor right away and in a timely manor. I would highly recommend Maxim Air to anyone that wants professional and courteous service.

Steve is a great guy. He helped me get my furnace repaired over the phone on the night of his birthday, just before his birthday dinner. He is pleasant to talk and really appreciate all his great advice. Your in good hands with Steve,

Steve came within 2 hrs of me calling him. We smelled gas coming from our gas meter outside, found Maxim Air online and called. Steve diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue right away. Gave us update notice on when he was leaving his current location and time of arrival for same week quote and installation day.Work was done as expected and well done. Was respectful of keeping furniture clean.Will be calling for future work.

Just had my water heater installed by Steve and all I can say is that it was a great experience. Fair pricing, expertise, quality, friendliness, and punctuality is what I experienced today with the service provided. I highly reccomend Maxim Air and would not hesitate to use them again!

Sachin, who calls himself Steve, is a very unprofessional and opportunitistic person. He charged for a visit a, gave the wrong diagnostic, the issue persisted, and then he wouldn't call back. On the call he bashed white people"

Hi everyone. I would love to share this review with the whole Toronto, ON, or even Canada. PLEASE, do NOT have any contracts with Maxim Air. Especially with Steaven (Indian guy ) and his father. Because of their mistakes and lack of competence we couldn't pass inspection and wasted a lot of time and money. As soon as they recieved the main part of money - they just disappeared. Do NOT trust this guys and this company. If you have any questions, you can contact me personally (cell/email). So, if you want your project ready and done - no NOT deal with these guys. Hopefully this review would protect you from loosing a lot of money and time.Good luck

Steve is a great guy. While others were trying to sell a new furnace and air-conditioner to my elderly parents, Steve was honest and did a quick fix. Changed blower motor for $400, while others were telling my parents it was a $600-$700 job and not worth fixing.I would highly recommend Steve, very kind, very professional, and on time.Thanks again Steve.

I had 4 ductless A/C installed by Steve before the winter. THE A/C IS NOT WORKING NOW! The cold air is not working well and a lot of water is coming out from the A/C and damaging the walls and ceiling. I called Steve at first he said “no problem I will come by to have a look it is under warranty call me tomorrow to schedule a time”. I called the next day to schedule an appointment he said he only has availability in 2 weeks. After explaining to Steve that this is an emergency and he didn’t care, I tried scheduling with him for that date he had (14 July) and he told me he doesn’t want to come anymore and I should call someone else. VERY BAD CUSTOMER CARE. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR WORK. I HAD 2 OTHER COMPANIES COME OUT AND BOTH OF THEM SAID THIS IS A POOR INSTALLATION.
