Wonderful staff and veterinarians, they are extremely caring and friendly. Any time my dog Ruby has needed immediate care, they have fit her in that same day or very soon after if it wasn't an emergency. I appreciate the extra hard work they are doing to safely care for animals during the pandemic. It is so comforting to know my dog is in good hands during those scary situations. I'm grateful for this place!

Absolutely wonderful staff and vets. My pets have always been patients here but last week I had an emergency. The staff fit us in right away, problem solved throughout the day and just gave over and above service and communication. So grateful for everything you guys do! Sarah and Sabre the GSD

Central Cowichan has been exceptional in treating me and my two pups.Our first experience was with a very ill doggo who was able to get in very quickly after we were told it would be a month wait in other clinics. The Mastiff/boxer cross had a grim prognosis and I'm so glad I had the compassionate staff from Central Cowichan who helped me through the process of ensuring my boy was not in pain and laid to rest humanly, surrounded by love.Ella the Chihuahua continues to be treated well by staff and we appreciate their recommendations for health maintenance!

We have an older doggo who has required some extra care and attention over the last year.We appreciate the level of service and support we get from these good folks.

Lame. My friend called and got a quote for her dog and then I called same day and they refused to give me a quote or bark park. Said needed to be seen by vet first and they are so full that they won’t give me a quote and I should call out of town. Yet my friend got a quote 10 minutes before I did. Seems odd they select and choose who can be their customer. My family used this place and swore they were great but they won’t answer a simple question. I just needed a ball park how much money I need to save. Even if the price changes as I have no idea. Why the heck would they quote some and not others. Seems odd and no fair or ethical. My pet means less than her pet or what?

My one dog was sick today they got her in fast and gave us meds, they saw my other dog too and quoted me for a teeth cleaning. Prices are always fair and I really appreciate it. We switched years ago and I'll always use central over anywhere else.

My dog chip goes here all the time amazing doctors and great staff. Always in good spirits great costumer service. Would recommend when they open for new pets.

I took my dog for an annual check up and vaccine update and the staff were so nice to accept us. We are new patient and it's been really hard for us to find a vet because most of themare not taking new patients bc of covid. Thankfully Central Cowichan Animal Hospital took us in and they were so friendly and understanding to my nervous dog. :) My dog got a trauma going to a clinic because of her past experiences with her check up. I am so glad this Animal Hospital was so understanding with my dog. Also, the Vet took time to discuss everything to me which I really appreciate and asked if I have any more concern regarding my dog's health. I would definitely recommend this Animal Hospital you can really feel the concern they have for your pet. :)

Very friendly staff, nice and clean reception and appointment rooms. Great with my animals, definitely recommend them.
