OK Tire

I recently moved to Prince Albert and was having troubles with my driver side rear tire was losing air, not knowing much shops here I went to okay tire due to being familiar with them in the past in a different city and not having any issues As I got my tire looked at they told me my tire was fine but my air valve was cracked and thus way I was losing all my air in my tire. Fast forward about a month later I started to have the same problem as before thought it was strange so I told my boss and he told me to go get a second opinion at kal tire so I did, comes to find out my tire was fine it was the air valve again , it was cracked due to the hub cab not being put on properly and pushing against my brand new air valve that I got replaced here ,a month or so ago because the ppl that replaced it here didn’t know how to put it on correctly! For a tire shop having someone working there that doesn’t know how to put on a hub cab properly is very disappointing and cost me money And another part I shouldn’t have to replace again in the first place if they did there job properly! Not only did I have to replace something I all ready replace , now I have to replace the tire because it got worn out from being flat and having to drive on it to go get air everyday Never going here again !

Took my loose quad wheels in there to get rubber switched over and they installed two of my tires backwards.They took them back and now those same tires are leaking. Sloppy jobNot the first time ive had bad work from them. Never to return.

I bought my winter tires here last year and got them switched back to summer tires this spring. The workers are top quality as they won't let a vehicle leave until it's absolutely safe! I'm coming back next week to switch over.. just a heads up lol
