This dealership has some of the best customer service I've ever experienced!! From being broke down and stranded in Kenora, they have worked tirelessly to get my vehicle repaired in such a quick timeframe, I am so pleased with their efforts to contain my stress and frustration, I would highly recommend this place! Thank you to everyone from the service desk, the mechanics and even their shuttle driver for helping me and my family during this difficult time! Thank you for such excellent and efficient service:)

We would like to thank Kenora Hyundai for the service that was above and beyond any thing that we expected. While travelling home from our cottage in the pouring rain we hit a big puddle on the highway. The check engine light came on and the car went into limp mode. We call the dealership and talk to the service manager ( Murray) who said that they were very busy with other cars that were in for service. But said if we could make it to the dealership he would have a look to see if he could help. Turns out it took 15 min to limp in. He came out turned off the Car to see if the check eng. light would shut off it did not. He then got out his computer to check the engine code #. He cleared the code and got the car running properly. Fantastic service! Degagne Motors looked after an issue with my son's Genesis coupe winter tires far beyond our expectations.The purchase of the vehicle had been a breeze and service is amazing. So happy we went with Hyundai. The people at the dealership and service centre are wonderful to deal with!Love the Genesis coupe. Fun to drive (when I can sneak it from my son) and beautiful handling. Just took a good look at the 2019 Genesis on display. WOW.

Always considerate and friendly! Service is done quickly and very cost effective. The Service Techs are helpful and knowledgeable. In particular, the girls up front are so lovely. Nice to see a Dealership run by women.

We were traveling across country. It felt like our tire was going to fall off of our Hyundai Tucson. We arrived a bit after 4pm. They replaced our rim and sent us on our way before 5pm. They were super helpful and fantastic for helping us so late in the evening.

The quote we were given on the phone by a dealer was fair, we drove three hours to purchase a brand new vehicle, and they didn’t honour their quote which was given on the phone. Wasted trip. The first time going to view was way more enjoyable than the poor service we received today.Edit: dealer called following day, implying I misunderstood a basic quote. When we fully clarified not once but twice with said dealer to make 100% sure before the trip was made.
