Grouse Mountain @ Skyride

A breathtaking experience that everyone should see! It gives you an amazing view of Vancouver from the top and from your gondola on your way there too! Plenty of activities and shows to do once you get to the top! Definitely something you should put on your Vancouver bucket list!!!

So expensive to get up to Grouse Mountain even with the free shuttle and the Skyride :( it’s 6 minutes each way and pack full of people.The kids loved it though so i suppose we can’t really complain, though they were over it on the way down. The views were amazing

My wife and I travelled to the top of Grouse mountain today around noon to see the scenery. We learned to ski, at night on this mountain in 1980 and we enjoyed walking around and marveled at the changes. In addition we enjoyed a splendid meal at the Altitudes restaurant sharing a barbecue rib meal paired with an excellent sauvignon blanc wine and finished with a delightful tasting apple crisp and white chocolate cheese cake along with Americano coffee and may I say for a very reasonable price.Unfortunately my wife left a special black toque on the approach to the gondola lift about 3:15 and we wondered if it might be found. It has a logo stating 'Canada's oldest dinosaur' on the top that we bought on a recent trip to Nova Scotia.On the way down I engaged the lift attendant, a young lady with explanations of the rock types and geology of the mountain as well as tree species.All in all, it was a special day as when the sun shines the snow sparkles like jewels at this higher elevation and this sight makes Vancouver a favored destination for anyone.

We really enjoyed this attraction. The reason for the 4 stars is because besides the ride it was geared to younger people. There was a logging activity to watch which was corney but cute. We enjoyed the skyride to the top, going in and back out of the clouds. Once on top we were able to take a ski lift even higher.

You can hike or use the gondola. The trail is short but steep ! It takes approximately two hours. Using the gondola is much more cheaper if you only use it to go down (10$). One way and return (50$). The view is amazing ! You can also see bears at the top

Great ride up the mountain with excellent views. Must do if in Vancouver.

The Skyride is amazing. The views are amazing. I definitely recommend to anyone to try it out.

Go on a clear day of any season and you will not be disappointed. Grand views of Vancouver from up here

I would recommend doing this Skyride if you do it during the day since we did it closer to evening and we couldn’t see much. It was eerily cool going through the most above the trees but couldn’t really see any views. This is a free ride if you do a reservation at The Observatory, which is a great bonus since it’s a little pricey just by itself.

This place is relaxing and so beautiful to visit. The climb with the skyride was impressive, the view on Vancouver is magnificent.
