The staff was very helpful and super nice, they helped me loading everything in my car. The store is very clean and they have a great selection of workout equipment at a great price. I will visit again.

Zombie Apocalypse; best way to describe my impression when I went to the store for the first time. Admittedly I went on the day of the second lock down in Quebec for COVID-19. So there was a good reason why folks carried out free weights as the fought over toilet paper the first time around...That said, the pricing is very clear and competitive, the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. They even helped me to carry some iron to the car.

Not the full perks customer service but good enough. If you know what you are looking for, this is a great place. Good prices and variety. Check there website and call to see if the product is available in stock before you drive to the store. No shipping so you will need a big trunk if you buy big items. Minimum for delivery is 100$

I can't thank Daryl and his team enough. It was a very 'wham bam' no nonsense, this is the price, take it or leave it and that's how real business works. I read some reviews in here that are bad and unfortunately there are some simply toxic 'customers' out there who want to be coddled so they can be manipulative.This is an athlete's store to buy gym equipment at the going rates and to go pick it up or have it delivered and set up. Not be led around by their hand. Buying cheap is expensive and this is a serious players store.Its a breath of fresh air to just get a good product at a fair price delivered super fast because that's not something that happens often. Pointe Claire Fitness Depot saved my mental health.

Call before you go to check for stock, it said on the website that they had wrist rollers in stock but when I arrived not only did they not have any, the clerk said he couldn't order any because there were only a few left in the company. I bought some weights but the prices were over twice what those listed near them indicated, so make sure you check numbers at the cash. That aside, cool shop, lots of options for diverse equipment needs and you can see good prices on their website.

INCREDIBLE! Opens at 10am so I email them around 5:30am and get a reply by 6:00am. I know that's not something everyone should expect, we all know timing is everything, but the fact that they would take the time to answer me knowing there is really no expectation at that point speaks volumes. In general I've done business here a few times and not once have I ever been disappointed - from the variety of items available to their customer service, they set a standard not many other businesses can come close to matching. With Covid ruling our lives and home gym equipment selling out quickly, they managed to accommodate me with my most recent purchase even though what I was asking wasn't really their policy. The Manager, Darryl, understood my needs and was able to help me out, to the point where it felt like dealing with a buddy, rather than a business transaction. It's nice dealing with people on a human level, and these folks understand that. I highly recommend them. I'm not a robot or an employee or family member. As a customer, I think it's important to recognize people and businesses that go above and beyond, especially at times like this. If they can help you, they will. It's just that simple. On a less personal note, all the equipment I've purchased over time has proven to be high quality and long lasting. They'll let you try it out, they'll help you load it up and they'll answer your questions before, during and after.

From my quick visit I'd say you can find any equipment you need here. From resistance bands to exercise machines to punching bags. Prices are good from what i could tell and they have a good selection. There wasn't much staff greeting people or offering assistance so, it could be a bit intimidating. But the staff I did interact with were friendly enough and I'm sure would help out if asked.
