I have only ever ordered through their app because you get the best deals there! Their service is pretty great; my order is always made on time and it’s accurate. Their bacon cheeseburger is nice and hearty and super filling, and their fries are pretty good too. I often ask for extra mayonnaise and ketchup packets and their give it to me no questions asked. Also, extra tomatoes, lettuce and other burger toppings can be added at no additional cost - something I always do! The dine-in area isn’t that big and sometimes it’s too crowded but people (me included) usually leave after 10-15 minutes.

The triple cheese burger was very tasty. The worker made it extra hot and it was so good. The pink lemonade was lemonade, very tasty and the fries so good!

I recently placed a takeout order for a bacon poutine at Wendy's, but what I received was far from what I had ordered. Instead, I was given a regular poutine with hard, cold cheese that was practically inedible. I had purchased this meal for a friend, who always buys me good food, but unfortunately, I was embarrassed to give it to him. He couldn't even eat it and had to make excuses so I wouldn't feel bad.I'm extremely disappointed in Wendy's poor service and lack of attention to detail. As a customer, I don't care about the money as much as I care about the quality of the food and service. If you can't get such a simple order right, then I don't see how I can trust you with anything else. I hope that Wendy's will take this feedback seriously and work towards improving their service, because no customer deserves to receive such a terrible experience.

Had a Triple Dave burger for a big meal after a heavy gym workout on a Thursday night.Good burger. Decent ambience.(Was considering getting a few double hamburgers from McDonald’s down by Queen and Spadina, but decided to give this a shot, and it did not disappoint!)

Ask for a single Portobello mushroom Burger, wanted a single and got a double and was charged for a double. Feel like the guy was upselling double burgers just to make more profit also when I received the meal was cold and undercooked will never go there again, worse Wendy's experience ever.

Just ordered from this location, baked potato was missing BUTTER plus the bacon I paid extra for, and the Caesar salad was literally missing the CAESAR DRESSING and the croutons. Everything else I can ignore but what's the point of a Caesar salad without Caesar dressing...?
