Terrible experience, the incompetence is so high there, giving a terrible name for a provinces service.It all started when a worker named Pinky sent my custom plate to the wrong address, after I order a drivers license the same day to there address as I said it CANNOT be sent to the address. She sends it there, it gets stolen... this was after 11 weeks of waiting for it when originally told 6-8 weeks. Told them to start the process immediately again. After finally finding someone who knows what's going on after I had to demand some answers I find out at week 12 that they haven't started the processing yet for the new plate... to also then find out that it's another 6-8 weeks... supervisor Brent and Emily told me I can get a plate and get 1 year sticker since custom only gets 1 year, go to order and I'm forced to get 2 years because they gave me improper info. The amount of money and stress this has costed me is ridiculous and they clearly don't care considering I'll be 6 months minimum before seeing my plate...truly atrocious service, wish I never even tried getting a vehicle here. Terrible service on Nova Scotia's part. PINKY should not be able to work with people as she clearly struggles with the simplest things...I'm sorry but its true and makes for an absolutely terrible, terrible experience. If only I could give 0 stars as that's all they deserve...

First off wow. Wow that was the rudest and most unprofessional interaction with Access that I've ever had in 20 years. I've purchased many vehicles and registered them from other provinces with no problem. But not today. First off, when my number was called I explained what I was doing and the woman behind the counter rolled her eyes that it wasn't under the right category. I made a little joke that my bf had said it.I handed the bill of sale as well as the transfer of ownership from new Brunswick to the woman. I forgot to fill it out. No big deal right? Nope. She was short with me and huffed while I filled it out (no less than a minute). I explained I bought it from a man who owns a dealership in New Brunswick which she said that sounds illegal" and then even with the bill of sale with the CRA government of Canada registration of HST/GST number I was told it wasn't enough information to prove the bike was own by the individual/company. Even though the GOVERNMENT OF CANADA website said it was registered in his name. I have to provide proof that he is the sole owner of the company. The supervisor was also backing her up

process was fine and all, i was there for a road test and the old lady i got was picky about every little thing. I could’ve definitely passed so if you ever get her (run) because she picks on you. she wasn’t the nicest as well..
