Windshield replacement itself was great! Original Ford windshield. Was nice that they coordinate with insurance.Didn’t expect all the attempts at up selling for windshield wipers, cabin air filters, film on glass etc. Thought they might throw this in considering they were more expensive than the competition.Unfortunately I didn’t notice that the trim piece inside above the rear view mirror wasn’t reinstalled correctly and was half hanging off when I picked it up. I had to spend half an hour fixing it when I got home. Not impressed with lack of attention to detail. Makes me question the rest of the work. But I’ll give it the benefit of the doubt for now…

No good deed goes unpunished...I received a chipped windshield when I let a truck merge in front of me on the 401. Speedy Glass to the rescue! I arrived for my appointment and I was greeted by a lovely lady at the reception desk. We filled the necessary paperwork and my car was taken in to be repaired and papmered. They contacted my insurance company. In no time, my car was ready to go. My windows were all cleaned on the outside. I was impressed! All points of contact were sanitized for my protection, and the chip in my windshield was hard to detect. I also purchased Aqua-pel treatment for my windshield. It helps to repells rain and snow/ice. Makes it easier to clean off bird souvenirs and bugs too. The staff are polite, efficient and helpful. They made my experience great.

Let me start by saying the 2 lovely ladies up front I believe there names to be Sydney and Teresa If i'm wrong I am truly sorry Girls because they both were so nice, freindly, courteous and helpful That I really wished people in general where this nice, anywhy went in for a chip in my windshield had an appointment for a Wendsday 11:30 so I ask on the Tuesday if I could take it and leasve it there over night because I had to work on the Wendsday say said no problums so I took it in tuesday around 12:15 they said they might get it in today and would call me if they did, well around 1:40 pm I got a call that my car was done, That helped me out so much and the job they did was great and I did also get the etched in glass treatment witch I highly recommend makes the windshield much clearer and better looking.Thanks to all of you and keep up the great work :-)

Was extremely pleased with everts at Speedy Glass.Staff very friendly and professional . In today’s world it was very refreshing to receive this level of service.I would not hesitate to recommend this location of Speedy Glass for your glass .Also special mention to Theresa for her assistance.

Got in my truck this morning and the rear view mirror was dangling down from the window. I went to Speedy. Met by 2 beautiful friendly girls, at lunch time I might add, at reception. They quoted me $25 and went to find someone to fix it, right away! The manager came out and fixed it and didn’t charge me. Incredible friendly service. 100% happy with their service. I highly recommend visiting Speedy if you need glass repair. Thank you.

After I got my windshield replaced, an employee left the cover on one of the wiper blades, which led to my new windshield being scratched two days later. When I complained staff where extremely apologetic, and prompt in booking me a free replacement. Mistakes happen, and I'll always support a company that will admit to them and make it right.Excellent customer service, very fast.

Absolutely amazing work, these guys are so quick and easy they made this repair to my car easy. The ladies at the front desk so friendly and easy to talk to . They made a stressful situation so much easier . I would give 100 stars if I could

I had a newish Honda CRV with 30 000 km that I brought in to get my windshield replaced. Due to a faulty install, a massive water leak developed which flooded my car, damaged my vehicle's interior, and my car filled with mould. I dried my car out and got it detailed but the stench coming from the ventilation system was awful, and there was still a mouldy odour. I brought my car in to investigate the windshield as a possible source for the leak and I was told there was nothing wrong with the windshield installation after a water test. I checked my vehicle's carpet after the test and there was new water in the vehicle.I asked the manager what the source of this water was and he mentioned a small amount of water entered the vehicle during the test because they had left the door open. I was suspicious of this response, so I brought my car to another auto glass business mentioning that there was a leak somewhere in my car and I couldn't figure out where it was coming from. Within 15 minutes, they discovered a leak in the windshield and sent me a video.I brought my car back to Speedy and showed them the video at which point they agreed to fix the windshield. When I asked about the mould and damage to my car, the manager told me it was impossible for mould to grow, because there was nothing for the mould to grow on which is completely false. I was told to just shop-vac the car and it was implied I was responsible for cleaning/repairing the damage from the leak. After I pushed the issue, Speedy offered to cover invoices for the detailing and some other expenses. I submitted invoices to Speedy and I still have not been reimbursed for some expenses.To figure out what needed to be done to ensure the safety of my vehicle, I consulted multiple Honda dealerships, who all referred my to an auto-leak company. When they assessed the vehicle, they identified serious air quality concerns with the car due to mould damage everywhere in the car and potential concerns with the electronics/driver assist systems. I was advised to avoid driving the vehicle and to contact my insurance company who would eventually fully write-off the vehicle. Unfortunately, due to the cost of cars, the amount of money I received from my insurance company was less than the replacement cost of the vehicle. Because of supply issues, I wasn't able to purchase the same vehicle, which means all of the tires, accessories, etc. I bought for the vehicle must be sold used at a loss. I spent my whole summer working with my insurance company and trying to resolve this issue, but I am now out thousands of dollars because of their horrific workmanship. Speedy never offered to repay my $500 insurance deductible, which I had to pay when I got the windshield replaced, and again when my vehicle was destroyed. Be wary of bringing your vehicle to this establishment.

I went to Speedy Glass for the first time today and was really impressed by their customer service. The two ladies at the front are absolutely lovely, very knowledgeable and helpful. The gentleman who repaired my windshield was also awesome, and made the repair really quickly.On top of their 5-star customer service, Speedy Glass is pet friendly so I was able to bring my dog with me to the appointment.Thanks so much for the excellent experience!

I highly recommend SpeedyAuto glass, from the first initial phone call everyone was so helpful and very knowledgeable on what kind of window glass I needed for my vehicle. Everyone was SO friendly and kind during the whole process. They even called during my service to let me know that everything was going well and that they booked me in again for my front window as well! They took care all of all of my insurance information for the payment of the glass. Even though my back hatch was extremely messy they took time to get all of the glass out of the back for me as well. I couldn’t be more happy with the 10/10 service they provided and I will be returning to this location.
