Excellent service from start to finish! Impressive online access while the vehicle is being serviced, with a detailed report including pictures, once completed. Larry himself was at the counter when I picked up the vehicle and was extremely professional, and you could just tell he’s passionate about providing excellent service to his customers. I will definitely be returning with both my vehicles. Thanks everyone.

I have gone to several different mechanics in Dartmouth and my experiences at Larry Hatt’s has been the most positive by comparison. They are very patient and kind and thorough when explaining the details of repairing my vehicle. They provide you with images and detailed descriptions when they find an issue with your vehicle, which I find really helpful. Their pricing is fair and the customer service is wonderful. Highly recommend them!

Dealing with Larry Hatt was a blessing. The customer service was nothing short of perfect. Larry himself provided me with clear and detailed explanation of everything that was done with my car and anything that could be done to maintain it in good driving order without solely trying to sell me more products or services. He was even super welcoming to my dogs and ensured they had a nice biscuit to eat while we were chatting. I highly recommend Larry Hatt’s Auto Services.

I took a car I was looking at purchasing in on very short notice, they were so nice to fit me in get the pre inspection done and give me their honest opinion on if the purchase would be worth it. Hate to say I didn't buy the car but now have the best mechanic's ever. I feel so comfortable being a single woman taking my car in myself and know I'll get honest service.

The people there were so nice and really helped me out. Especially the lady at the front desk she was very nice. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that I asked for my brakes to only be looked at. Which should not have taken more than half an hour as I did it a couple days prior and it did not take longer than that. They charged me for pretty much a full hour which I thought was kind of ridiculous as I have told some of my family which are mechanics and they also said it shouldn’t have taken a full hour. Other than that issue the service was pretty great. It takes 10 minutes to take the wheels off unless there’s stuck lug nut it may take longer and than about five minutes to put the wheels back on. Plus 10 minutes to look at the brakes and inspect them. I find as a woman with many past experiences with mechanic shops they tend to take advantage of woman thinking they don’t know much about cars and charge extra for services. I told them before hand I know it shouldn’t take more than half an hour but for some reason it took an hour. My experience was good but just a little disappointed. I do appreciate the fact the were able to schedule me in with short notice.

I have been bringing my cars here now for a few years and I’ll frankly never look for another garage. The team at Larry’s have always provided dead honest feedback and detailed upfront reports with their inspections. They helped me navigate the nightmare that was the Kia knock of death and the subsequent recall which saw it get a new engine after 175k,the service manager Megan has talked me though multiple repairs and has always been so professional. On occasion I’ve spoken with Larry himself and his knowledge of the trade shines through, his passion for detail is refreshing, he truly does care. My thanks goes out to Corey and the techs who carry out the repairs and inspections with precision. I’m always in a rush and I know several times I over looked something and assumed I knew what the issue was only to have them provide in great detail what was truly going on and not ridiculously over charge me. Thank you guys, in a hectic life it’s nice to have trust in local shop.
