J’adore Ongles Spa

I’ve been looking for years for a Good nail technician and I’ve finally found THE place and person. I’m so lucky it’s 2 minutes from my house but I would definitely driver 2 hours to do my nails by Lily at this salon. She is exceptional! I really do hope she stays there for a long long time.

I went here for a shellac mani and pedi and my service provider was Helen. The experience was horrible. She somehow missed one of my toenails?! She applied nail polish on all of my toenails except for one. I kid you not. Then, when it came time to do my manicure, she only shaped the nails on my left hand. I showed her a picture of the manicure i wanted and she said she could do it but she absolutely butchered it. The worst part was that the cuticle shears she used on me were definitely not cleaned since her last client because there were pieces of skin stuck in them. The kicker came when i asked her to fix her mistakes, but instead she ushered me out because another client had complained about her running late. I was astonished at how rude and unprofessional she was. I will definitely never return to this place. I’m surprised it hasn’t been shut down yet, but i really hope it does soon.

Although this place is busy, if you are willing to wait for a place, it is worth it!I do my nails with Katherine and she is so good and friendly! She makes sure all the details are done perfectly.I also get my lashes done by Helen, she is very cute. The first time, I’m not sure why, my lashes fell after a week 1/2 and I simply called and she redid them for free and they are perfect.I recommend this place

Gave 2 stars because the place is beautiful and job was done quickly. However the nails are sloppy, uneven and not quite the colour shown on the colour selector. The technician was very rough, it is not a relaxing experience, he is only concerned with getting the job done.

Made an appointment at a certain time to get shellac manicure done. Got there 10-15 min early, told 3 different people why I was there and what I wanted done (and that I had an appointment). Ended up waiting over 25 minutes past my appointment time. They were serving people who arrived after me, who had no appointments. I just got up and left. Will never be returning.

Very good service with choulala...she's amazing and she makes sure everything is to your liking. I recommend this place.

Went there to get a refill , the technician proceeded taking my nails off and in the process hurt me with her tools. Then they came to see me to ask if I wanted to do a full set and tried convincing me to do a dip manicure. I did a shellac manicure I asked for purple and purple sparkles I left with purple and pink. Rating 1 because I can't post with no stars don't bother going there.I won't to again and I will make sure to tell everyone about my experience.

I normally do not write negative reviews, but I needed to share after my last experience. This place is 100% for nails; they do an amazing job and it lasts weeks. However, if you plan on getting any kind of wax service here beware. I had my eyebrows done here last week and not only was the girl rough she ripped the skin on my upper eyelid in two spots. This has never happened to me before after years of getting my brows waxed.The cuts quickly turned into a big infection + fever and landed me in the ER. I’m not sure if I was unlucky or if the tools she used were not cleaned properly but either way, no one should have to go to the emergency room after a routine eyebrow wax. I have learned my lesson and will not visit the salon again for any type of waxing services, they are clearly not professionals when it comes to these types of services.Also, the woman who did the service did not tell me there were any cuts or tears on my skin. She just said all done and sent me on my merry way. It wasn’t until I was in my car that I noticed the cuts.

If I had the option of giving Zero stars i would. Went there to get my nails done. The work was really sloppy and wouldn't listen to what I wanted even after showing a picture. When I complained, I was literally told to sit in a different chair without any explanation, and then the technician started working on a client that walked in. I sat there for about 20 minutes unattended before walking out with my nails half done. I was treated like they were doing it for free and not a paying customer.Please don't bother going there, they are disrespectful and no regard for your time. It was my 1st time there and the service was horrible. If I had read the reviews I probably wouldn't have gone there.

Arrived on time for my appointment waited 25 minutes before someone started them, so badly done the paint colour started chipping while away after three days 4 of my nails were crooked and I was told that it’s my own nail bed … it’s funny because my regular salon I go to in ottawa they aren’t crooked there even though I live in Gatineau I’d rather still make the trip there and to top it off bad $95.00 for some long ratchet nails I never wanted and we’re done poorly
