On of the worst courier companies in Canada.I have been dealing with ICS for almost a year and I have suffered enough and enough due to these:1-Lost packages.2-Returned packages due to wrong addresses which were correct.3-Careless customers service.4-Never answered phone calls5-Pick up requests that were never made.6-Insurance compensation requests that took 6 months to fulfill!7-Closed warehouse during their posted working hours.8-Untrustworthy account manager9-Undelivered packages and unknown status.10-Unreliable tracking system.11-Outsourced delivery partner networks.12-Etc….The only upside of this business was the pickup lady who used to pickup my packages with a wide smile! Kudos to her that she could live with this shady business up to now!Save your money and look for somewhere else!

I ordered from a company that uses this Courier as I never heard of them but the service is not great.The tracking system is useless. The tracking makes no sense and updates quite slow.They claim they delivered my package but I was home all day and I received no package or any notices.Avoid this company to save you from any hassles as it seems like it’s a common occurrence.

Utterly useless. They keep missing pickups. Drivers lying that they came to collect. they absolutely did not. Missed 70% of pickups. Cannot rely on them for running a business that relies on timely shipping.

I had ordered something 400+ km away and they did an incredibly fast job at safely bringing it to my home. The lady who delivered it knocked at the door loud so I could hear. She did an awesome job and the company as well. Great job guys. Happy New Year!

2 separate orders were shipped via ICS These guys are beyond awful. The delivery tracking is useless and inaccurate. Too many errors and defaults to list. The worst one is that their tracking system states that I signed for both deliveries, which I didn't.

One thing that I don't particularly like about this ICS location is that they have rather limited hours, opening at 11am and closing at 4pm. It would be more convenient for customers if they were open for longer hours. Additionally, it would be helpful if they had a courier box like FedEx in front of this location or other areas to facilitate easy drop-offs and pickups. However, I do want to give credit to the staff here - they are very friendly and helpful, making it a pleasant experience to interact with them.

My package has been stuck in the warehouse in the city I live for over 4 days and they keep just changing the estimated delivery date. It is now saying it will be another 2 days away that's almost a week to sort and put it on a truck to delivery to my house. If it doesn't get delayed again. Horrible shipping. Package was eventually delivered but a more accurate tracking and estimated system would be better

This company is awful. I recently started ordering coffee from a different roaster and this is the 2nd time in a row that I’ve received an updated status saying my parcel has been delivered and yet it’s not there at my door. The first time I thought it was an accident but it’s clearly a common occurrence. The parcel did show up a day later the first time. So far 2 days and it’s still not delivered for this second one. Calling the company is an absolute joke as no one answers and they took 3 days to respond to my email inquiry about my parcel.

The WORST. Terrible tracking system and ICS missed both delivery dates. Extremely unreliable.

If I could rate zero I would. A courier service that doesn't work on the weekends is unbelievable..twice in a month, two deliveries of mine arrived at a facility about thirty minutes from where I live. Both times the package was stuck in sorting" at this facility for an entire day
