We had reached out to Middlesex concrete's office within a few minutes after one of their trucks left the pit near arkona and neglected to clean off all the additional stones that were on the back bumper and sides of the truck when the vehicle had passed us two rocks landed directly in the centre of our windshield of our brand new Ford F-150 when we reached out the secretary said she would let them know a week and a half goes by we called and they responded with I let them know but not likely are you going to receive a callback what do you want us to do so at that point I put a call into the m t o because the driver should be responsible for the equipment they are running down the highways and if they do not seem to care hopefully something is resolved with the Ministry of Transportation it's very unfortunate a company of this size feels are too important to reach out when there is a problem.

If there not busy stuff gets done fast

Truck driver felt it was ok to help himself to my belongings, stole from me, while on the property. Very unprofessional !
