Good after Christmas sale right now

Very disappointed tonight with the Saint John store unprofessional sitting on the counter two employees and not even a hello out of them . Shop else where it is for both my kids

Only rating as 1 as zero isn't an option. I was ignored not only in one visit to the store tonight, but 2 by the three employees who would have rather done nothing, apparently. So I bought my two pairs of shoes elsewhere, thank you.

for starters manager was very rude & gave me dirty looks making it uncomfortable to even be there, as well as telling me that i had been in the store for too long?!? in complete disbelief that there is someone like that even allowed to be running the store frankly, the people i had told we’re shocked! definitely lost some good customers as we will not be returning.

Horrible customer service. Staff will answer questions without knowing the correct answer. Young employees snicker and make fun of customers right at the cash.Does not honour return policy. Very rude, harassment from staff and management in lieu.

Two weeks ago I requested the manager at the Saint John NB store ask the District manager to contact me. I was extremely disappointed i was not allowed to make a Christmas exchange with a receipt. I waited days and was not contacted so I filled out this form again days past noone contacted me. I them called the customer service line explained my situation and that the DM has Still not contacted me. She advised that wasn't acceptable and she would contact the DM and have her contact me. Another week has past and no one has called. I can't imagine having such poor customer service in today's marketplace. Obviously Boathouse does not care about their customers or their reputation. It is completely unacceptable to make so many requests and to have all of them ignored. Extremely poorly done!!!

Awesome store, friendly polite staff!Best management team around, very knowledgeable about all there products.

Went into boathouse Saint John location on Friday sept 23 around 4:30 & there was two employees working a blonde lady and a younger male both behind cash talking & neither one of them cared to even say hello to us … we walked around the store for about 5 minutes & still wasn’t even acknowledged. I’ll def be shopping elsewhere .

Absolutely loved the customer service and all of the employees were extremely kind and welcoming and any questions were answered with accurate information, definitely will continue shopping here, the employees weren’t just nice, but talkitive and weren’t afraid to engage in conversations with anyone in the store
