Great place to work no stress

I actually think this is one of the most ethical companies in Brantford if only for the fact that while they do use Temp Agencies, they also hire those Temps if they work out. Far too many companies in town use Temp Agencies an endless sources of labour with no intention of hiring them (I think anyone from Brantford knows the two biggest offenders) but Atlas uses the Temp Agencies more as an external HR Department to find workers.The work itself there is a little mind numbing, but it's factory work and not much else can be expected. The staff takes Health and Safety seriously and complaints/observations are taken seriously. They prefer Workshare to lay offs and treat their employees well. (Of course, there are always those that will never be happy regardless)I'd very much recommend Atlas for anyone who is lucky enough to attempt to gain employment there.

Worked there for Two and a half months fired due to Medical situation that came out of nowhere. And was off for a week

Place reminds me of the same work they do in Belleville, called Autosystems and the other place called Hannon Autoparts, Belleville. It used to be called Halla. Auto Supply.

Was a nice place to work until my supervisor fired me because I didn't want to be his friend.
