Big Hearts First Aid - Calgary South
I always DREAD doing first aid courses, but Big Hearts made it a painless and enjoyable experience. I loved the blended format (online course plus one day in class), as devoting an entire 2 days to first aid isn’t easy with a busy schedule. Sydney was my instructor and she was amazing!! She was incredibly knowledgeable and had so much experience - her real life stories added tons to the learning. She was also very funny and engaging. Big Hearts will now be my #1 recommendation to anybody doing their first aid.

We have been sending our Employees to Big Hearts for first aid training for a few years now. Their communication has always been great and they’ve been patient at scheduling and rescheduling Employees to attend their public and private classes.

Just did my first aid with Kelsey, she was excellent! She was very knowledgeable with all of the questions asked. She made sure everyone understood the proper procedures for the aid that would be applied. She went slow so everyone was able to get it and would lend a hand if you were having a hard time. I'll definitely be doing my recert with big hearts.

Just participated in the Red Cross blended first aid with the amazing Kaitlyn as our instructor. Very knowledgeable and energetic. Great course delivery, and venue in the hotel conference room. Highly recommend.

Great experience just taking First Aid Training with Kaitlyn. Usually I dread taking first aid training courses, but Kaitlyn made it fun and engaging. Definitely recommend using big hearts for your first aid training!

Took the full blended course on January 17th , with Kaitlyn. Not only did I love the option of doing the work book stuff at my own pace at home before the in class stuff , but Kaitlyn was absolutely amazing, she made the course fun, engaging and interesting, It was NOT just your same old boring fist aid course. It was fun and I really enjoyed my day , they really set you up for success and deliver the information in a way where even with extreme test anxiety I found it so easy 10 out of 10 would recommend!!, my go to spot from now on !!!!Thanks Big hearts and and THANKS KAITLYN!!!

Just finished the course with Kaitlyn. Best first aid I've ever done and she made it relatable fun and interesting. I will be taking it with them again in 3 years.
