If I could give this place a higher rating I would. And I am so happy to have found this place online. And to be able to go there physically. The people there were super nice and helpful. They had beautiful wood for really good prices. I could have filled the whole car trunk with just wood! I will definitely be back there for more projects soon!They also have really nice wood slabs/cookies that I couldn't find anywhere else as well. Thank you for being such an amazing place to exist! :D

Incredible people, incredible service, incredible the way this business runs. The place exudes positivity and helpful vibes and you will not find better customer service. A ton of great stock large and small. I wanted to buy more and more and more!!!! I'm new to epoxy and Christine was super kind and helpful. Prices are competitive and so happy I found CONCEPT 13!!! Thanks for starting me out on the right foot.

Have I died and gone to heaven? Not only a great selection & amazingly friendly helpful people, but all reasonably priced and within the gta. I obviously went home with much more than I had planned.

Popped by twice so far to grab some wood and epoxy and I’m glad I came by! Awesome selection of wood, especially in the clearance section! I’m just starting out; I didn’t want to spend too much at the start and the selection was amazing! Amazing customer service as well! Christina was very informative, insightful and even offered to help me carry all the stuff to my truck! Can’t say enough great things and I look forward to coming back for all my wood and epoxy needs!

What a refreshing change to the lack of customer service I’ve encountered most everywhere else. The wood was great and arrived so quickly I was shocked. The customer service is second to none. Look forward to buying more wood and supplies when I’m done with the current delivery!Bryan

I found Concept Thirteen on a Google search for wood slabs. When I reviewed the site I saw how they reinforce their wood slabs with C-channels.I had several questions about the process and delivery to the United States. Rob answered all my questions and even gave me his phone directly. I ended up purchasing 3 C- channels and hardware. The Items were delivered very quickly. Oh by the was I called Rob several times with questions and Rob took the time to answer all of my questions.This is a superb company I recommend it very highly.The only objection I have about this review is that I could only give it 5 stars. ( Concept Thirteen deserves at a minimum 10 Stars)

I recently purchased a slab from Concept Thirteen. I am blown away with the quality of wood, as well as the helpful customer service. The slab I ordered was unfortunately out of stock. I was promptly contacted and offered various other options at the same cost when they were actually worth quite a bit more than the original slab I purchased. In the end I received my slab a week later, packaged very well, and in beautiful condition. I highly recommend purchasing from this company!
