The people who manage this credit union are extremely unprofessional. Mark McDonald from the Milner rd Toronto location is beyond atrocious to deal with. With the covid 19 pandemic he has been nothing but heartless and horrendous to deal with. I highly recommend using any other credit union or bank instead of this group. Paperwork is lost or forgotten. Calls aren’t recorded and notes aren’t taken. I used to love this credit union, but since new management has taken over, I have never felt so betrayed and more like a number than any other bank. If you welcome being belittled and ignored, talk to Marc McDonald.
