Was in there buying my dog, some treats and toys today. They gave me two full size cans of wet food as a gift which I thought was very nice at first But when I went to give my dog some I realize they were expired in February…. It’s the end of June. When I called to let the staff know, you’re handing out expired dog food, she said to me well they are still good six months after expiry date but thanks for letting me know. The dog food had wet fish in it… to me I would not want to give my little dog expired dog food especially when there is fish in it.Please check the expiry dates if you’re shopping here! Won’t be back… found the response Very tacky.

Hands down best pet store I have been to love this place the staff is wonderful and mogli loves going in for all the treats and pets u guys are amazing and so helpful when I was at a loss of what to do with his allergies again best place ever

The staff here are absolutely LOVELY! Everyone is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I cannot walk by their store with my two dogs without being pulled in.10/10 every time.

Hands down the worst service of any dog store. Please, I urge everyone to NEVER step foot in here. Horrible customer service, horrible ownership and all around awful store. The owner is horribly rude… there are plenty of dog stores around, do not ever go here.

I am wondering with the new owner, there are always ZERO STOCKS of dog raw food. Their fridge is empty!!! They are not organized!!! and they keep on saying they already placed an order and waiting,....for the full month!!! and then the following month you cannot find any stock again!!!!! It's an on going struggle with this shop!!!! You are not serving the community!!! Better change the owner of this one!!! the one who is organized and up to date!
