The whole team at Green Property Restorations were incredibly professional from start to finish. The work was completed in a timely manner and the results exceeded our expectations. They were always very transparent with the process and the expectations, and although it wasn't a big job, it was very important to have the work done properly and quickly for both my wife and I. I would happily recommend Green Property to anyone looking for affordable and quality mould removal services.

Gustavo was fantastic to deal with. Always on time, polite, courteous. Easy to talk to and kept us in touch with the project and updated us along the way. This should be the mould for contractor client relations for all trades, sadly it isn't the case with most companies. This company was fantastic from start to finish. I would absolutely use them again for another project with out hesitation.Work done: Gustavo came to quote and install drywall for our basement, and prime.

We've used Green Property Restorations a number of times - for clean-up after renovations and general carpet cleaning. They are always professional, friendly, and responsive and do a great job. Gus & his team have done 2 jobs for us now. The first one was repairing water damage from a second floor leak - by the time they were finished the ceiling looked beautiful & you would never know there had ever been a problem.The second job was repairing a wall & ceiling after electrical work. The new flat ceiling looks so great & really highlights the pot lights we had installed.I am very happy with their work & plan to call them again the next time we need repairs.
