We had a bad reason to visit the clinic today. We had to put down my lovely 13 y o bunny Igrusha as she was very sick and nothing could be done. The all staff were very helpful.It wasn't the first visit so before today my bunny got a good service and she could live longer with me because of the doctor in this clinic.Thank you very much guys. I really appreciate your help with my grief ❤

My cavalier king charles, Nay-O has been a patient at Kingsdale Animal Hospital, King City, since he was a puppy. We have only had wonderful experiences and warm friendly welcome greetings each visit, from both staff and from the Drs. It was clear to me, Nay-O loved the attention especially when he would wiggle his bum a certain way whenever Lisa C. would greet him. I appreciated the time and the patience Dr. Sarah Kramer had while educating and providing options to me so that I could make an informed choice for my boy. One of the many memories I have was in November 2019, where both Kelly D. and Nicole I. were battling out who Nay-O would go to first. Thank you Dr. Sarah Kramer, Dr. Boultbee and supporting staff for exceptional professional service. Highly Recommend!

The best of the best!!!!!!!! They take care of my baby as best I can imagine. They always answer my question and believe me they are not a few. Great attention over the phone. It worth coming to them even we lived far away!!!! Thank you to the team!!!!

Every single staff member is a pleasure to deal with and you can really tell they care for and love animals! I’ve had nothing but one positive experience after the next for my kitten. Nicole is always so patient and understanding with my frequent phone calls. My kitten’s spay recovery was a breeze and they even let me bring her in for a follow-up at no additional charge. I’m getting a new kitten next week and feel at easeKnowing I have the caring and experienced staff on our side at Kingsdale.

We have started going here since last year and we liked it at first. However, on our last visit, the receptionist and veterinarian were incredibly rude. As a medical professional, you need to hear out your patients, especially since they know first-hand what is going on at home with their pets the best. Yet, Dr. Ashley completely belittled my dog’s condition, turned me, the client, down and did not listen to my reasonings. They have always given me very vague answers to my concerns, leaving me unsettled. We have decided to bring our dog to another animal hospital and they have confirmed that we were in fact right about our concern for our dog’s condition.Not only were the staff here rude and unprofessional, but they disregarded my concerns. If left untreated, my dog’s condition could have worsened. Please choose an animal hospital where they actually listen to you, answer your questions, and take you and your pet seriously with respect. Extremely disappointed with Kingsdale Animal Hospital.

Absolutely incredible service at Kingsdale Hospital. They have been our vet for many years and we are very happy with their professionalism and compassionate. Our most recent visit to the vet was to put down our 18 year old dog. Throughout the entire process they were very caring and compassionate. About a week later, we received a beautiful letter in the mail (signed by all the staff at Kingsdale) expressing their love and sympathy. We would definitely recommend Kingsdale Animal Hospital.

If you have a small pet, this is the vet to bring them too! I have been bringing my rabbit Ketchup to Kingsdale Animal Hospital for almost 3 years now and I love the care and attention they have for my little guy. Vet visits on a small pet can be stressful but Dr. Kramer is very reassuring and I completely trust the team for all my buns needs. The service is amazing and you can really see their love for all of our fur babies. Thank you so much Kingsdale team! :)
