The couple running this dance school have created a beautiful atmosphere where everyone is welcome and they provide the right level of instruction for each dancer’s ability. From beginner to advanced they keep you engaged, challenged and having fun. Can’t say enough good things about Omega Latin Dance.

I have danced some bachata and salsa before attending classes with Hugh and Natalia, but after 8 wks of classes I finally feel confident with dancing. I would recommend these classes 110%. Love the vibes. Instructors very patient. Great school!!

My partner and I began classes at Omega Latin Dance with Hugh and Natalia less than a year ago and I cannot say enough about their patience and support while teaching us both salsa and bachata.Who It's ForI cannot speak highly enough about this place - we've made a ton of friends along the way and I can genuinely say that if you are even remotely interested in learning dance, being more active, or developing your social circle - this is the place for you. 10/10 would recommend to everyone I know.What To ExpectIn only a few months we went from being unable to put one foot in front of the other to being confident enough to go out social dancing. For people like us (not exactly coordinated) we were surprised at how easy it came and we realize now it's because we were well taught.The Class SetupAs for the class setup - you start in a beginner's class where you learn the fundamentals of salsa or bachata among several other people. You can do both if you like! The pricing is very reasonable and the atmosphere is supportive.Classes are Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays - times vary based on the level you are in, but all are after working hours.You practice a few different combinations and moves before progressing to the next level - similar to a martial arts school but much more relaxed. From there, you progress at your own speed with support from several folks at the studio who are all very, very capable dancers in their own right.From there you can attend social nights where they invite folks out to dance and learn additional tips and tricks to elevate their skills. This is well worth it!
